Coliseo é muito lindo e interessante e a guia que nos conduziu conhecia muito bem o local e a história, muito sabida e atenciosa.

The tour guide was great, engaging, informative. Even when we had to wait in some lines he kept talking and it didn't feel like we were in a line at all. He was also funny and kept the group together well.

La visita al Coliseo, Foro y Palatino fue realmente buena. Nuestra guía, Eleonora fue excepcional. Nos contó no solo la historia del sitio, si no que llenó la explicación de detalles y eso hizo la visita muy fructífera.

Wir hatten eine wunderbaren Nachmittag mit Janina. Der Ort an sich war sehr beeindruckend und wir erfuhren viele spannende Hintergrundinformationen, auf eine sehr sympathische, humorvolle Art vorgetragen. Selbst die Kinder blieben bis zum Schluss dabei. Wir können die deutschsprachige Tour mit Janina nur empfehlen.

Buying tickets from headout can be easy and fast. They offered Chinese audio guide, 7 euro per person. But you need to download the app and bring your own earphones before arrinving, since you could only listen to the audio guide through your own phone, and the internet there really sucks. The thing I still haven't come up with is how did my family add into the audio guide smoothly, they obviously didn't mention it that clear in the technical manual. Overall, it is easy to use, but you need to do enough preliminary work. We still had a good time there.

The entry process was very straight forward and the instructions provided by Headout were super clear. I felt very prepared to battle the crowds today. The tour itself was incredibly memorable-a lot of pinch me moments were had. I loved that there was no time limit with the Palatine Hill and we could take out time exploring the area.

We looked up online and it said the crowds and queues would take an hour to get through so got there early. Managed to get through the fast moving queue in about 5 minutes. Directions to the Mamertine prison were poor and there wasn't anything to really see there so wouldn't suggest but the coleseum and Palestine hill were amazing with great views.

Our tickets were scheduled for 10:30, but we arrived at 9:50. Due to the very crowded situation at the tour agency, the ticket handover and formalities were only finished around 10:05. As a result, we missed the media film and, by the time we got there, there were no seats available. The escort service itself was fine – the guide (a lady) gathered us together and led the group to the entrance of the Roman Forum. From that point, we were free to explore on our own. Our Colosseum entry time was set for 13:15, so we went there independently later. Overall, the experience was okay, but everything was extremely crowded and busy everywhere.
