This tour was a fantastic way to experience Niagara Falls. The itinerary was well planned, and everything ran smoothly. Our guide was helpful, informative, and made the trip even more enjoyable. The views were stunning from every stop, and we had plenty of time to walk around, take photos, and enjoy the scenery. I appreciated that the tour didn’t feel rushed and allowed us to really take in the beauty of the area. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for an easy, enjoyable, and stress-free way to see Niagara Falls.

Greg was our tour guide. Very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He fit with our group perfectly. We visited the 3 falls and learned many stories behind the story of them. It was a great tour. The Cave of the Winds was incredible. A must see for any visit to Niagara.

Bernie was the best guide! My husband and I had so much fun. The other group we were suppose to go with canceled so we basically had a private tour. Bernie was so knowledgeable and friendly! We absolutely adored him. I'd say the tour was worth it if you're looking for more of the historical side of Niagara which we were. The caves were super cool! I'd recommend the early morning tour, because it got super packed closer to the afternoon.

Our tour guide Jacob was great. We learned a lot about the falls history. Our tour was on a rainy windy cold November day and he showed up full of energy and kept us all entertained very well.

The Falls experiences was awesome but it would have been better if our guide had explained in more detail what to expect. The price was too high for what we got. A short walk over to Horsefalls, an overlook of American Falls, then to the Cave. For more than twice the price of the tickets to the Falls, I expected more - especially as all but the Cave were free to see anyway. I had to ask 3 park employees before anyone knew where the Telsa arch was and your linked map took you to the middle of the park, not the arch. So we were panicked that we'd miss the tour.
