Ho prenotato sul loro sito senza nessun problema. Siamo arrivati all'agenzia di Fussen 15 minuti prima per ritirare i biglietti che erano già pronti e la ragazza dell'agenzia è stata gentilissima e chiarissima dandoci anche dei suggerimenti per il parcheggio. Ottima esperienza, consigliatissima.

Gut durchorganisiert. Allerdings fand ich die Führung in Hohenschwangau besser, da die Gruppen kleiner waren und man auch Zeit fand , Fragen uu beantworten. In Neuschwanstein fühlten wir uns eher wie Massenabfertigung. Viel zu große Gruppen für die teilweise doch recht engen Räume und Flure. Leider gab es kaum bzw keine Möglichkeit für Fragen kaum war man in einem Raum angekommen musste man schonwider weiter , da die nä große Gruppe kam, daher litt die Qualität der Führung. Positiv sind die Audioguides, dank KI in jeder Sprache.

i did not read the instructions of course until I got to the actual ticket center by the castle to only find out the ticket pick up was at TRAIN station in Fussen which sucked. Other that that the tour was done by the castle employees and was amazing.
