E' stata una bellissima esperienza, divertente ed educativa. La presentazione era molto coinvolgente e l'ambiente sotterraneo ha incoraggiato spontaneita', interesse e curiosita'. Il gruppo di circa 12 persone era molto simpatico e ridendo e scherzando siamo passati attraverso cunicoli e passaggi certamente impegnativi. Davvero belli i I graffiti sulle pareti di queste caverne dove centinaia di persone sono riuscite a sopravvivere i bombardamenti degli american su Napoli. Da non perdere la storia e credenza popolare del Munaciello :)

Ho visitato Napoli sotterranea dei quartieri spagnoli con la mia famiglia e un bel gruppo di altri turisti. Giulia, la nostra guida giovane ma ben preparata, ci ha fatto attraversare gli angusti cunicoli sotterranei, facendoci conoscere una realtà di Napoli che non conoscevamo, con aneddoti e curiosità che hanno reso il percorso molto interessante e più leggero del previsto. Forse grazie anche alla presenza di O' Munaciello??? Raccomandatissimo!

Bellissimo tour, la guida davvero preparata e simpatica, ci ha tenuto incollati per tutto il tempo con i racconti suggestivi dei luoghi. Un'ora e poco più è volata. Lo consiglio vivamente.

As you venture below the bustling Spanish Quarters, discover narrow tunnels and expansive cisterns that connect layers of history to the streets above.

From the start of the common era

Descend into underground spaces initially excavated by the Greeks in 470 BCE to create cisterns for water collection, marking the city's earliest urban planning efforts! Remains of the Roman aqueduct provide insight on the genius engineering and architecture of the ancient world.

To twentieth century repurposing

Walk along layers of medieval and Renaissance era changes, up to its use during World War II. Thousands of Neapolis residents took shelter from overhead bombing, creating a makeshift sanctuary beneath the streets. Your knowledgeable guide will be with you every step of the way. Understand the fascinating history of the underground restoration efforts starting in the 1960s, which transformed these forgotten spaces into key historical and cultural sites.
