From Naples: Pompeii Tickets with Round-Trip Transfers

Visiting Pompeii allowed me to discover what life was like before the eruption took place. The audioguode helped me clarify a specific structure in the park. The downside to this tour was that one of the female employees of inStazione servizi turistici is ill informed. I arrived at the Napoli Centrali 30 minutes before my tour time. I found the desk for InStazione and asked about where to exchange my voucher for the train and entry tickets. Without batting an eye she immediately pointed me to the Metro station telling me I need to take that train to get there. Of course nobody at the Metro knows anything about the voucher. I went back to the desk and fortunately a different lady was there and pointed me to the right direction where to get my tickets. I lost one hour since my return ticket to Rome the same ame day cannot be extended or purchase another one which I won't do. If not for that dismissive and ignorant employee I would have been to Pompeii at 9 am instead of 10 am.

We did not realize were to be not only placed on the teain but alao talen to Ponpei. A nice touch and our guide was friwndly and professional. Pompei was amazing as expeced and we really benefited from visitnng rhe museum in Naples first.

Everything is well organised, the people are very friendly and explain everything to the last detail. You can book this trip without any worries. They bring you to the right train and drop you off at the start of Pompeii.

The time-slot you choose is the arrival time at the station to pick up your tickets (though advised to get there 15mnts beforehand). You will arrive at Pompeii 45mnts/1hr later.

Die Karten konnten wir heute Morgen holen, alle waren freundlich und nett. Leider war die Auskunft wann der Zug fährt nicht korrekt. Wir hatten die Vorstadtvillen mit gebucht, jedoch hat uns keiner verraten das die eher schließen und kein Shuttle fährt. Ebenfalls fuhr kein Shuttle zum Bahnhof. Nach 5 Std Lauferei war das hart. Da hätten wir uns mehr Transparenz im Imternet gewünscht. Ansonsten ein einmaliges Erlebnis.
