Our tour guide, Gianfranco, was extremely knowledgeable and charming. He had a light touch and was often quite amusing, but I was most impressed by his compassionate regard for the actual people who had been caught in the volcanic eruption. Going to both Pompeii and Herculaneum in a single day was a lot, but I was glad to have the information we had been given in Pompeii still fresh in my mind when we visited Herculaneum. I should also say that travelling with Headout from Naples was easy and convenient.

We had a wonderful experience on our Pompeii tour! Everything was very well organized from start to finish. Our guide, Bruno, was extremely knowledgeable and showed us all the most interesting places. He was also funny and a great storyteller, which made the tour even more enjoyable. The driver was also very friendly, always smiling and making sure everyone was comfortable and safe throughout the trip. We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this tour! ⭐️
