What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID if you are eligible for free or discounted admission, such as EEA citizenship, student, senior, or concert ticket holder, as proof may be required at the entrance.

• Bring cash or a card to pay for any extras not included in your ticket, such as audio guides, guided tours, or digital reproductions.

Additional information

• Guided tours must be booked in advance and are limited to 25 persons per group; if your group exceeds 25 people, it will be divided and charged accordingly.

• Audio guides are available in multiple languages for an additional fee and can be purchased on site.

• Free admission is available on Hungarian national holidays (15 March, 20 August, 23 October) for all visitors.

• EEA citizens under 6 years old, over 70 years old, disabled persons with one companion, journalists, teachers, guides, and ICOM/ICOMOS members are eligible for free admission with valid proof.

• On the last Saturday of every month, EEA citizens under 26 or those accompanying close relatives under 18 (maximum 2 adults) receive free admission.

• Concert ticket holders receive a 50% discount on museum entry upon presentation of a valid concert ticket.

• Additional children on a family ticket incur an extra charge per child.

• Digital reproductions for commercial use are available for an extra fee and require a completed order form and bank transfer payment.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
