- Children up to and including 3 years old may board for free. Children between the ages of 4 and 12 years can board with discounted tickets available at €12.50. Children older than 12 pay the same price as adults.
- All boats are covered, allowing you to be warm and comfortable regardless of the weather.
- The English audio guide is played by default over the speakers, but if you prefer another language, scan the QR code on board and connect to the audioguide in any of the other languages on your smartphone via the free WiFi on board (no need to download an app). Use your own earphones to listen. If you don't have earphones, you can purchase them in the shop for €1.50.
- The route may vary due to municipal work, offering new highlights on each cruise.
