La excursión está muy bien organizada, con buena puntualidad y gestión, lo que permite visitar el Vesubio, Herculano y Pompeya en un solo día. Como punto negativo, únicamente incluye las entradas y las audioguías de Herculano y Pompeya. Las visitas se realizan por libre, por lo que se echa en falta un guía que explique la historia y los aspectos más interesantes de cada lugar.

Le tour est bien organisé. Le seul bémol est le départ du matin, pour trouver le bus. Mais, ils sont à l'heure et les guides ainsi que les chauffeurs sont compétents. Il y a du temps pour voir les attractions.

Les trois visites se font sans problèmes mais il faut prévoir de bonnes chaussures ainsi qu'un petit encas pour Erculanum car il n'y a que des distributeurs de snack et boissons.

Die Organisation der Tour hat perfekt funktioniert, wir konnten so ab einem Tag die Höhepunkte erleben, was ohne dieser Tour nicht möglich gewesen wäre. Vielen Dank!

L'organisation était plutôt correcte mais attention au premier point de rendez-vous ! L'adresse qui est indiquée lorsque vous cliqué sur "plus d'informations" n'est pas bonne. Il faut descendre lorsque vous avez votre code Qr et trouver "où aller". Il y a deux adresses différentes.. pour aucune raison. Autre gros point négatif.. l'audioguide pour Herculanum était plus que nul. Aucune logique, voix robotique mauvaise et coupure incessante..nous avons fini par ne plus l'utiliser. Prenez un billet sans audioguide, il ne sert a rien

Escursione ottimamente organizzata, tempi rispettati e autista perfetto. Forse l'unico difetto è stato quello di troppo poco tempo a disposizione (soprattutto per Ercolano)

Der Transport zwischen den Stätten hat sehr gut funktioniert und war gut organisiert. Für den Vesuv und Herkulaneum hatten wir genug Zeit, für Pompeii war es für uns leider viel zu wenig Zeit. Wir dachten, wir hätten Touren mit Guide gebucht (die Bilder suggerieren das auch stark), es waren aber nur Audioguides und die waren mMn. sehr schlecht. Der Audioguide beim Herkulaneum muss am eigenen Smartphone abgespielt werden (stand nirgens, was wenn ich keines hab/Akku leer ist?), man bekommt einen QR-Code der eine Website im Browser öffnet. Diesen muss man alle paar Minuten neu scannen weil die Audiodateien nicht mehr apsielen und man alles neu laden muss, sehr nervig. Die Stimmen sind KI-generiert, die Deutsche ist katastrophal und macht dauernd Fehler in Aussprache, Satzbau und Übersetzungen. Die Englische war etwas besser. Dann stimmen die Zahlen des Audioguides nicht mit denen der Stationen überein, wir hatten wirklich Mühe, die richtige Audio am richtigen Ort abzuspielen. Der Audioguide in Pompeii war zumindest ein physisches Gerät das funktionierte, die Erklärungen waren aber sehr minimalistisch und langweilig. Wir haben dann Aufsichtspersonen zu Infos befragt und so viele spannende Details erfahren, die uns der Audioguide einfach vorenthalten hat. Für diese Leistung finde ich den Preis sehr überzogen. Wenn ich mich nochmal entscheiden könnte würde ich mit Öffis zu den Stätten fahren und für das Geld vor Ort Guides buchen.
