I recently joined a day tour from Tokyo to Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side—it was rainy and we couldn’t see much of Mount Fuji. However, our tour guide, Linda, truly made a difference. She was very positive, attentive, and professional throughout the trip, and always ready to help whenever needed. Great job, Linda! This was my first time booking a tour package through this platform. Overall, the experience was good. One small downside was the response time in the app—while AI handled common questions quickly, more specific inquiries took a bit longer to get a reply from a staff member. Despite the weather, it was still a worthwhile experience.

Sai was great and full of energy. She kept us entertained and shared good knowledge about the places we visited. The whole tour was very professionally managed. Communication was great, through emails and WhatsApp messages. There was no chance of missing something. I would highly recommend this tour.

I liked very much the organization. Day before o received an email from the travel partner , and comunicarion worked very well , which helped to find the meeting accurately. The tourist guide Sia did an exceptional job during the trip , seating schedules, ready to help !

Our guide Peter was personable and funny. The stops were well curated, and we had a great time. Our lunch stop was perfectly timed, and the soft serve ice cream stop at Lake Kawaguchi was a great treat.

O passeio para avistar o Monte Fuji foi sensacional! A escolha por um passeio com guia e empresa especializada fez total diferença e foi muito melhor do que eu esperava! Fomos no ônibus com a guia Yuma, que foi muito prestativa e ia passando todas as orientações com tranquilidade e paciência, mesmo para quem tinha certa dificuldade com a língua inglesa. Entre as três paradas para apreciar o Monte, a minha preferida foi Pagode Chureito! A escada com quase 400 degraus cansa, mas a vista de lá de cima compensa!

We had a really clear view of Mt. Fuji it was phenomenal. Sia was a really great tour guide😁.

At Arakurayama Sengen Park, the climb to Chureito Pagoda involves over 400 steep steps — use the handrails, take rest breaks, wear comfortable shoes with good grip, and watch your footing, especially in wet or crowded conditions.

The itinerary schedule may be adjusted according to weather, road conditions, and other reasons. To avoid losses, please don't schedule other activities after the end of travel.

The night before your trip, you will receive an email regarding important information such as the phone number of the tour guide and the license plate number of the car. Please make sure that your email and mobile phone can be reached.
