The tour flow was amazing and perfectly paced, which made the whole experience feel relaxed rather than rushed. Our tour guide, Laurine ⭐️ was fantastic! She clearly knew what she was doing and made the experience even better with all the little tips and local insights, especially knowing exactly where to get the best parade viewing spots 😍 All in all, a 10/10 experience! Definitely a must-do with Wine Hop and Coastal Tours 🙌🏻 Amazing job, team! 💯

Our guide Lorraine was excellent. Informative, helpful, efficient and very professional but warm and welcoming. The trip was long and sadly the penguin experience was underwhelming. I could have spent longer in Cowes to get a decent meal. The food at the penguin centre was sub standard. Tips for other guests: Take very warm clothes for the evening Excellent mini blankets are for sale at the far end of the entrance hall and good value at 25 aus dollars Watch the antics of the ducks at the animal sanctuary as they steal the food you're giving the roos and wallabies
