So handy to walk out of the terminal and on the Skybus! No time wasted and the bus moves freely on the freeway to the city. Very efficient and easy to store the suitcases. The driver kindly helped us seniors with that. A good experience great service.

I was very pleasantly surprised with experience of Skybus. Firstly it was well signposted making the departure location easy to locate. There were seats near to the bus stop for those arriving with time to spare and very helpful attendants. I was assisted onto the bus with my mobility walker and case and into my seat which was above and beyond my expectations and so very much appreciated. Bus arrival at airport was as scheduled and I was assisted safely off the bus with all my belongings. Couldn't rate the service highly enough!

Easy to book, frequent buses - overall a great experience. I booked a ticket 10 mins before walking down to Southern Cross station, and within 2 minutes of arriving at Southern Cross station - a bus was ready to go. The buses stop at each of the terminals too, so didn't need to walk very far after hopping off te bus.

As expected, the SkyBus was easy to find at Southern Cross station, and the trip to the airport was comfortable and on schedule. The only negative was that it didn't pick up passengers at Terminal 4 (Melbourne) on the way home ... we had to move quickly to Terminal 3 to catch it from there to Southern Cross station.
