The Skybus service was timed perfectly as we didn't have to wait for a bus very long at each end of our journey. The staff were helpful answering our enquiries. Being able to purchase our tickets online before leaving home for our holiday gave us peace of mind on our arrival and departure and saved queuing up to purchase a ticket at the bus stop. I would recommend this service to all my family and friends.

This is hands down the best way to get to the Melbourne CBD. This is the second time I have used this company,each time doing a return ticket. The staff are amazing and the wait time is absolutely nothing, don't get me started on how quick it is either, crazy 😜. I love love ❤️ and will continue to use this service. This worked really well for me. The bus was there waiting when I arrived at Southern Cross station. The trip was easy and I got to the terminal without stress. It was easy enough to walk to from the hotel to the station and the bus drops off at the doorstep to Terminal 1 which is also convenient to terminal 2 and 3. So I would happily use this service again.

What a great service! I was concerned that I had just missed the bus by about a minute and I'd have to wait ages for the next one. I'd barely got through my emails on my phone and the next bus arrived. Great storage for bags and I settled in for the ride. In almost no time we were there, and I was ready for the next stage in my journey. I highly recommended.

After arriving from Gold Coast via Virgin Australia, we found the Skybus right outside the Baggage Claim area and were on our way to the City within minutes. Bus ride was reasonably comfortable and bus terminal is underneath Southern Cross Station - providing excellent access to trams, trains, nearby Marvel Stadium and our hotel was across the road. :)
