Chris H was a fantastic driver/guide, he knew so many interesting facts and was a lot of fun too. He gave us tips on the best place to sit to see the penguins and it worked a treat. Overall just a fab day out, would highly recommend to anyone.

James our tour guide of Go West was passionate about Melbourne and Philip Island and quite knowledgeable and very friendly. Headout and Go West need to re update the collection point on their info section as the pickup was on the Market Street side of the Immigration Museum and not Flinders Street side. Also definitely try to get the Penguin Plus upgrade if possible. Well worth it to be up close to the penguins.

Thanks Mike! We enjoyed our tour to Phillip Island and found the trip very well organised and very informative. You made sure everything was taken care of. The Penguin Parade was certainly an experience to remember and if you can, buy Penguin Plus tickets and make sure to be seated down at the beach as soon as the gates open for best vantage points. All in all a fabulous tour, thank you.

Well structured half-day trip with a great guide. Rob was friendly and well-informed guide who was also meticulate about the schedule! We had a great time and would highly recommend the half-day trip to anybody who just wants to go to Phillip Island, see the penguin parade and get back to Melbourne CBD.

What a great day, sherif was an amazing guide who made the trip so enjoyable with his knowledge and humour. The penguins were so cute we had the best seat thanks to sherif sharing his tips for the best spot. Was a wonderful way to spend Christmas Eve, memories my kids will forever cherish

The tour is great as it's only half day, bus the cozy with around 12 ppls at our trip. Try to get a plus ticket for the up close of the tiny Penguins and get the seats earlier. The guide is amazing, very friendly and allow us have just the right amount of time to stop for spots before we head in to the Centre. Try to bring your own dinner as the time is not so much for sit down food.

An enchanting evening with Little Penguins

As the day transitions into a sunset, brace yourself for the famed penguin parade. Watch these little creatures, the smallest penguin species standing just 33 cm tall, as they waddle their way across the beach to their burrows.
