The online purchase of tickets was very easy and the staff at reception very helpful and welcoming. The visual and verbal presentation of the history of the Palms development was an excellent introduction to the experience. The views were breathtaking. We are so glad we visited the View at the Palms.

The View at The Palm is definitely one of the highlights of visiting Palm Jumeirah. The island itself is beautiful and very impressive, but the view from the observation deck is absolutely fantastic. From the top, you can clearly see the unique palm-shaped layout, the turquoise water of the Arabian Gulf, and the stunning skyline of Dubai in the distance. It is truly a breathtaking experience. Sometimes you have to wait quite a while in line, especially during busy hours, but it is definitely worth it. The panorama makes up for the waiting time. Unfortunately, the monorail was not operating when we visited, so we walked from the tram station instead. Luckily, it is not too far, and the walk is pleasant. From the bridge, there is already a superb view, so the walk becomes part of the experience. Afterwards, we took a walk along West Beach. Although the beach areas mostly belong to the hotels, it is still possible to access parts of it. It was a lovely way to end the visit.

The observatory is modern, well-organized, and features great photo opportunities from every angle. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the visit smooth and enjoyable. Absolutely loved our experience at The View at The Palm! 🌴 The panoramic views over Palm Jumeirah and Dubai’s skyline were breathtaking—especially from the top. Everything was well organized, the glass floor was a fun touch, and it’s a must-visit spot if you want to see Dubai from a whole new perspective.
