Ho gradito molto l'esperienza! Il fatto di avere un biglietto personale senza doversi per forza adeguare ai ritmi del gruppo, a maggior ragione dato che era inclusa l'audioguida, per me è stato ottimo! Molto carino anche il tour sul battello! Ottima esperienza che consiglio vivamente!

As a family being in Paris for only a couple of days, we desperately wanted to visit the Louvre. Unfortunately all tickets were sold out. Our only option was Louvre tickets and a river cruise with Head out. I must admit, I was a little anxious booking tickets this way, but there was absolutely no reason to be. The confirmation and tickets were received within 12 hours of booking and all worked perfectly. Such an enjoyable day, which we would have otherwise missed. Would definitely use this company again.

What's not allowed

Flash photography, lighting, or selfie sticks are a no-go inside the venue.

You cannot bring large bags or suitcases to the museum, but lockers are available free of charge for smaller items.

Items exceeding 55 x 35 x 20 cm are not permitted in the museum.

Re-entry is not allowed.

The Seine River cruise offers flexible timing, with departures every 30 minutes.

Kindly note that tickets can also be purchased through the venue, where pricing for a reserved time slot starts at 22€, subject to availability. Tickets are nominative and they cannot be modified, refunded, or resold.

Children under 18 and EU residents aged 18–25 can enter for free.

Your voucher will be emailed to you one day before your date of visit.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at each redemption point.

Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

Final ticket will be shared a day before the date of the experience.
