The company provided a lot of time slots at the last minute. We didn’t buy our tickets in advance. I liked our tour guide, Leo. He was great and personable. He was especially good with my son and helped him feel comfortable in the crowded elevator to the second level of the Eiffel Tower. The guided tour was quick and easy, with just enough information about the Eiffel Tower to avoid boring my child—especially after we had already spent many hours at the Musée d’Orsay earlier in the day. If you’re looking for an in-depth history of the tower or a one-on-one tour, this is not for you. But if you simply want to get up the tower with just enough background information, I would recommend this tour. $100 well spent for 3 people, and my 9-year-old son loved the experience.

We had an excellent experience with the Eiffel Tower guided tour. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and truly worth it—especially having reserved entry, which saved a lot of time. A special mention to Emanual, who made the tour outstanding. He was incredibly kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made the experience both informative and enjoyable. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how well he looked after the group. Also, his photography skills are amazing! He helped us capture some fantastic photos with perfect angles and timing—something we’ll definitely cherish. Highly recommend this tour, and if you get Emanual as your guide, you’re in great hands!

Facilité de la visite de la Tour Eiffel jusqu'au sommet avec un guide très sympa (Bruno). En langue anglaise car je m'y suis prise trop tard pour réserver mais très compréhensible pour des francophones et guide polyglotte qui nous parlait aussi en français. Coupe-file mais passage obligatoire par les deux portiques de sécurité qui ralentit (un peu) la progression. Combo avec la croisière sur la Seine, moment merveilleux où nous sommes passés sous 22 ponts et avons vu beaucoup de monuments symboliques sans bouger de notre siège.

Luna was an incredible guide! She arrived early and even gave us time to shop while waiting for the rest of the group to gather. Her history lesson was fascinating and packed with fun facts; despite our exhaustion, her engaging storytelling kept us completely hooked. The meetup spot was easy to find, and thanks to her clear directions, we bypassed the confusing lines entirely. Our guide Ricardo was terrific. Personable, funny, knowledgeable and, most importantly, able to navigate our group of 16 through the crowds and 2 security check points. He gave us some pointers on the 2nd floor and then left the group. He did tell us early on that he had been informed that the ascent to the top was not possible due to technical difficulties - he had no control over that. We were also told we could get a partial refund since we couldn't go to the top. We'll see. Reality is, the second floor will give you all the views of Paris you need/want.

Ce fut une expérience incroyable. Notre guide, Monica, était parfaite : elle nous a donné de nombreuses informations intéressantes et nous a fait découvrir des endroits et des paysages magnifiques. Le seul bémol, c’est que pour ce prix, l’entrée prioritaire n’est plus incluse. Il y avait peu de monde aujourd’hui, mais en haute saison, les files d’attente doivent être interminables.

The visit to the Eiffel Tower and its panoramic views is truly breathtaking, especially with the city’s architecture spread out below. There were a few more people than expected, but the sight of the illuminated Eiffel Tower made it absolutely worth it. The only minor inconvenience was picking up the tickets at a different location than the tower itself. J.K.

Getting started

Meet your guide at the designated meeting point. Once your ticket is verified, you’ll be escorted to the correct entrance (East, West, or South) based on your ticket type. Please bring a valid ID, as it may be required for entry. Note that security checks can take up to 2 hours during peak times, so your overall visit to the Eiffel Tower may last between 2 to 4 hours.

The Eiffel Tower, completed in 1889 for the World’s Fair, stands 330 meters tall and was once the world’s tallest structure. It is renowned for its iron lattice design and offers breathtaking 360° views of Paris from its various observation decks.

Individuals must present a valid form of identification, such as a passport or ID card, to access the tower grounds.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.

The 1st and 2nd floors are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

The summit is not wheelchair or pram/stroller accessible.

Additional information

Please note that you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.

This tour can accommodate a maximum of 20 people in 1 group.

Expect to stand in line for a security check at entry, which can take between 2 to 4 hours during peak season.

This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.

Waiting times are to be expected for a security check when you enter.
