The ticket prices for a family of 4 was well worth it, it was very easy to purchase the tickets. The day out was exceptional, we really enjoyed the commentry. We got on at Westminster and enjoyed the commentary we got off at Greenwich. It was a relaxed crossing which felt safe and we felt complete confidence in the crew. We had a fab day out in Greenwich & enjoyed our fish and chips!! We enjoyed the return journey back to Westminster. We will definitely do this again, on our nxt visit to London. We made lots of great memories. I would recommend this day out for anyone visiting London.

Seeing London from the London Eye was unforgettable, but sharing the experience with my mother made it truly magical. From the smooth entry to the breathtaking views over the Thames, Big Ben and the city skyline, everything felt special. Watching her face light up as our capsule rose above London is a memory I will always treasure. More than an attraction, it was a beautiful moment between mother and son, perfectly organised, surprisingly peaceful and absolutely worth it!

Book ahead to skip the queue. The capsules are spacious with glass all round, and the rotation takes about half an hour — slow enough to properly take everything in. On a clear day you can spot St Paul's, the Shard and Westminster, with the Thames winding off in both directions. Pricey and a one-time thing rather than a repeat visit, but a great way to get your bearings early in a trip. Go near sunset if you can — the light over the river is the best part.

Our visit was fantastic! We were deciding what we wanted to include in our little 4 day visit as there was so much to see with little time. The London eye gave us the opportunity to see the city with such amazing views and reasonable wait times. When we first entered the que, we thought we would be there all night waiting on line, but the line moved quickly, even without the fast pass! Great experience!

Greeted by a friendly member of the London Eye Team at the Fast Track gate. We arrived early and joined the very short queue through the Security check and onto our Pod. Fortunate with the weather; fantastic views of Westminster and the river Thames. Good commentary to pointing out the London skyline's iconic buildings. Great family visit making memories together.

В кабинах людей так же было не очень много, что давало возможность насладиться красивыми видами Лондона и сделать прекрасных фото. Обслуживание и сотрудники были приветливые и доброжелательные.

Trotz Wartezeit ein unvergessliches Erlebnis – Atemberaubender Ausblick!Mein Fazit: Ja, man muss mit Wartezeiten rechnen, aber das London Eye ist jeden Cent und jede Minute Warten wert! Der Ausblick über die Stadt ist einfach unschlagbar.Was die Erfahrung perfekt gemacht hat:Die Aussicht: Das 360-Grad-Panorama über Big Ben, die Themse und die Skyline ist einfach gigantisch und bietet die besten Fotomotive.Die Fahrt: Die Gondeln bewegen sich extrem ruhig. Die Fahrt dauert etwa 30 Minuten, sodass man genug Zeit hat, alles in Ruhe anzuschauen.Die Organisation: Trotz der riesigen Menschenmassen war der Einlass super organisiert und die Schlange blieb ständig in Bewegung.Mein Tipp zur Wartezeit:Wer absolut keine Lust auf langes Anstehen hat, sollte unbedingt das Fast-Track-Ticket buchen. Wir hatten das Standard-Ticket und mussten trotz Online-Buchung etwa 45 Minuten warten. Das Warten hat sich am Ende aber definitiv gelohnt!Ein absolutes Must-Do in London, das man einmal im Leben mitgemacht haben muss. Klare Empfehlung!

Booked tickets for 14.30h, arrived at 14h and we discovered that meant we had to wait until 14.30h to join the queue. So we sat on a wall in the shade to wait. We finally entered the London Eye at 15h. The trip lasts 30 minutes and the carriages don't really stop for you to enter and leave them... the doors open and the carriage moves slowly past the entry platform ... rather like boarding a boat. Views were stunning. Shame that the windows were dirty, however that must be something of a challenge to organise! 🥰 We also learned we could 'upgrade' our tickets at the ticket office to visit for example, the London Dungeon and we chose to visit the aquarium just along the waterfront for ten pounds a head. I understand that booking a group of attractions proves cheaper than buying one at a time.

It was me and husband first time touring the city of London. My husband came up with the idea as a date and I can tell you we had a great time. He paid for the fast track tickets so we didn't have to wait long. The view is amazing and we got to take really nice photos and see the Big Ben. We also went on the boat to view more of the city and the bridges while listening to the tour guide tells us the history of the city, my favourite part was passing under London Bridge. We are looking forward and can't wait to go on more tours to other places within the city.

Having pre-booked the London Eye it was very straightforward getting on board. We joined a short queue around 20 minutes before our allocated slot, showed our e tickets and moved to the main access point. Everyone was moved through a couple of rows before we were lined up for a pod just like a fairground ride. Nice weather so great views over London.

Ride the London Eye for 30 minutes and take in London skyline views from 135 meters above the River Thames.

Getting started

On the day of your visit, head to the London Eye and proceed to the entrance indicated on your ticket. Your London Eye slot is booked at checkout for applicable options, so arrive in time for security checks and boarding.

What to expect

London Eye

The London Eye, a modern landmark on the Thames, stands as one of the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheels. Since opening in 2000, it has become a symbol of London’s skyline and a must-visit for panoramic city views.

Step into a London Eye capsule and ascend to 135 meters, where you can look out over the London skyline during a 30‑minute ride on the London Eye.

From your capsule, pick out city landmarks such as the Thames riverside, the historic heart of Westminster, and the broader City of London skyline.

With standard tickets, enjoy London skyline views from 135 meters and follow the flow of the Thames as the wheel slowly circles back to ground level.

Extras

If you select fast-track entry options, use the fast-track priority entrance at your booked time slot or anytime on your chosen day with the anytime entry ticket, which shortens your waiting time before boarding.

If you select the Magic Pass city card, your London Eye slot is booked at checkout, and you can visit other attractions within seven days, including Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE Aquarium, Shrek's Adventure!, and the London Dungeon, following instructions provided on your voucher.

What’s not allowed
