Tower of London and Sky Garden visit was a nice combine to visit expecially for fisrt timers but I thought dinner course would be at the sky garden but it was a restaurant to sky garden. This was a little disappointing

I loved quite a bit of the experience. What I didn't enjoy was the dingy drinks bar, with no hot drinks available on site whatsoever. The staff employed to take photos of the visitors during the experience were an absolute joke, they couldn't be less interested if they tried. No effort whatsoever was made to take a half decent photo. The entire experience seems to have gone down the pan since our last visit. And the penguin enclosure was woefully disappointing, I guess there are rules/ laws on the size allowed for the amount of penguins and I'm guessing it meets that criteria. But I have to say it was not pleasant to see.

The Crown Jewels are a working collection and as a consequence, the display is subject to change without prior notice due to security reasons.

You can arrive within 30 mins of your ticket time (e.g., between 10am–10:29am). We are unable to guarantee entry before or after your time slot.

Your ticket is valid for one entry only. No re-entry is permitted.

Children under the age of 15 years must be accompanied by adults (18+).

Children under the age of 2 years can go for free, but require a ticket to enter.

Expect a wait time of up to 30-60 mins before your experience begins with a standard entry ticket.
