The capsule was comfortable, the lines moved efficiently with pre-booked tickets, and the vantage points over Westminster and the River Thames were unforgettable. SEA LIFE London Aquarium offered a immersive counterpoint with diverse habitats, from tropical sharks to playful penguins. The tour is well organized, but the facilities were a bit of a disappointment: they are very outdated and old-fashioned. Even the Museum is very poor.

The booking was very easy to do and they downloaded offline so when I arrived with no connection I could still scan my tickets. Both of the activities were really enjoyable would definitely recommend to anyone.

I loved quite a bit of the experience. What I didn't enjoy was the dingy drinks bar, with no hot drinks available on site whatsoever. The staff employed to take photos of the visitors during the experience were an absolute joke, they couldn't be less interested if they tried. No effort whatsoever was made to take a half decent photo. The entire experience seems to have gone down the pan since our last visit. And the penguin enclosure was woefully disappointing, I guess there are rules/ laws on the size allowed for the amount of penguins and I'm guessing it meets that criteria. But I have to say it was not pleasant to see.

Stadium tours do not take place during matches.

Tours normally run every 20 minutes and last approximately 1 hour.

There is no parking on-site on a matchday. The nearest parking is Fulham Broadway station (although this closes to all traffic two hours and 30 mins before any kick-off) or the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital car park.

Stamford Bridge is a working stadium and, as such, all tours are subject to availability, alteration, and cancellation at short notice. Please check before visiting.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
