The Leonardo Express is really fantastic. Very easy to find when you get off the plane. If you miss your timeslot, no worries you can just take the next one. Every 15 minutes a train leaves to Rome. When you get in there are enough seats to sit comfortably during the trip. After about 32 minute you arrive in Rome at the big station Termini, in the middle of the city.

This is the best most stress free way to travel from the airport to Rome Terminal. It was relaxing, clean, very comfortable and all within 30 minutes.

Our flight was delayed and we missed the train by 1min they wanted to charge us €5 each for the next train, we had already purchased the tickets. No big deal, just be on time

Barely made the train as the cuatoms process was terribly hard overcrowded and even the bus to customs was not sufficient. But we hopped on quickly and our online tickets prevented having to validate. Perhaps the cuatoms can learn how to get more digital and quicker like the train system!

Fiumicino Airport train transfer

Enjoy a comfortable and speedy transfer from Fiumicino Airport to Rome Termini Station in just 30 mins. The quickest alternative to all public transportation options, including lines to Florence and Naples, and when you land at the Airport, move to the station within the premises and catch the train which leaves every 15 mins.

Rome Termini Railway Station is conveniently located in the center of the city allowing you multiple options to explore from here. You can take the exit onto Via Marsala to the right side, Via Giolitti to the left, or Piazza Dei Cinquecento straight away. And, if Rome Termini is not your final destination, it is super easy to catch a taxi or go for Metro lines A and B. You can also find options for various bus routes from this point.
