What to bring

What's not allowed

• Adult switching: Only one accompanying adult is allowed per ticket duration, and adults cannot be switched.

• Late exit: Do not exceed the 10-minute grace period after your session ends to avoid extra charges.

• Ticket coverage: Each ticket admits 1 child and 1 accompanying adult for a fixed session length.

• Children under 12 months: Children under 12 months can enter free when accompanied by a paying child and adult.

• Extra adult: Additional accompanying adults must buy their admission separately at the venue.

• Waiver form: Complete a waiver form for every participant before entering the playground.

• Opening hours: Kiztopia operates 10am to 8pm from Sunday to Thursday, and 10am to 9pm on Friday and Saturday.

• Holiday hours: On public holidays and their eves, Kiztopia operates from 10am to 9pm.

• Session length: Your combo includes a 2 or 3-hour session at Kiztopia, depending on the option selected.

• Costumes and masks: Do not wear costumes or full-faced masks inside the park.

• Re-entry: Do not exit the park if you plan to continue using your ticket, as re-entry is not allowed.

• Outside food: Do not bring outside food or drinks, except baby food, formulas, and special-diet items; expect bag checks at entry.

Accessibility

• Mobility access: The park is accessible to guests using prams, strollers, and wheelchairs.

• Rental services: You can rent strollers and wheelchairs near the entrance, and use them only within the park.

• Facilities access: Restaurants, stores, toilets, lockers, and common areas are accessible to wheelchair users.

• Child supervision: For VIP Experiences, children aged 7 and below must be accompanied by a participant aged 18 or above.

• Indemnity for minors: Guests under 18 in the VIP Experience must have an indemnity form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

• Meet-and-greets: Character meet-and-greet timings are set on the day; use the Universal Studios Singapore app to check schedules.

• On-site facilities: You can access a prayer room, halal and vegetarian dining, ATMs, retail shops, lockers, and a Baby Centre.

• Ride maintenance: The TRANSFORMERS ride will be closed from 23 August 2026 to 4 September 2026 and is planned to reopen on 5 September 2026.

• Special operating days: On 3 Sep, 5 Oct, 30 Nov, and 1 and 12 Dec 2026, the park operates from 10am to 7pm due to private events.

• Dining vouchers: If your ticket includes an F&B voucher, you can redeem it at most restaurants and carts, with some outlets excluded.

• Seasonal event: Trick or Thrills with Minions Belloween Ball and Kuromi appearances runs from 5 September to 1 November 2026.

• Ticket scope: Your combo includes one-day entry with access to all seven themed zones, including Minion Land.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
