Il Rijksmuseum è una tappa imperdibile per chi visita Amsterdam, soprattutto per gli amanti dell’arte e della storia. Il museo è imponente, sia per dimensioni che per ricchezza delle collezioni, e ospita alcuni dei capolavori più celebri della pittura olandese, come le opere di Rembrandt e Vermeer. Gli spazi sono ampi, ben organizzati e curati nei minimi dettagli. Il percorso espositivo è chiaro e permette di seguire un viaggio affascinante attraverso secoli di storia, arte e cultura dei Paesi Bassi. Consiglio di dedicare almeno mezza giornata alla visita per goderselo senza fretta. Molto utile anche l’audioguida, che arricchisce l’esperienza con spiegazioni interessanti e coinvolgenti. Nonostante l’elevato numero di visitatori, il flusso è gestito bene e non si ha mai la sensazione di eccessiva confusione. In definitiva, un museo straordinario, ben organizzato e ricco di opere iconiche: assolutamente consigliato.

Esperienza assolutamente da fare se ci si trova ad Amsterdam nel periodo della fioritura. Siamo partiti da This is Holland: facile da trovare e davvero ben organizzato. Al desk parlano anche italiano, quindi basta presentarsi con il voucher e viene consegnato il biglietto ufficiale senza alcuna difficoltà. I pullman partono con grande frequenza, uno dopo l’altro, rendendo tutto molto fluido. Il parco è molto grande: consiglio di iniziare il percorso dall’anello più esterno per poi addentrarsi nelle diramazioni centrali, così da godersi al meglio la visita. Per quanto riguarda la crociera, suggerisco di valutarla direttamente sul posto per capire se ne vale davvero la pena. L’escursione porta a vedere la fioritura dei campi, ma è fondamentale trovare il periodo giusto. Quest’anno, a causa del caldo, i campi fuori dal parco erano già sfioriti, quindi non sarebbe valsa la pena farla.

Keukenhof is one of those bucket list kinds of visits that you must do at least once. We are glad we did. The gardens were very beautiful, and full of flowers of many varieties and colours. There are some 7 million bulbs including over 800 varieties of tulips alone! Wear comfortable shoes and make sure your camera has plenty of room for photos. Also, on the way inside, get a free map to make sure you don't miss anything such as the special orchid exhibit we saw, or the historic English-style garden, or the little petting zoo. Have a great time. We did.

Keukenhof Gardens was absolutely stunning—one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. The flowers are perfectly arranged, with endless colors and varieties that make every corner look like a postcard. The park is very well organized, clean, and easy to walk around. There are so many spots to take amazing photos, and the atmosphere is peaceful and refreshing. It’s definitely worth the visit, especially in spring. A truly unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Netherlands.

Our tour guide Steve Rock was a fine example of what a tour guide should be. He set the standards high. From having a good sense of humor, getting the mood going with great music selection, being very informative of the history behind Amsterdam I would recommend the tour experience solely just because of him. He did a good job with making everybody feel involved. Definitely coming back next year and hope he's my tour guide again. You rock my man 🤙🏽

Keukenhof es simplemente espectacular, como concepto y como ejecución; obviamente la mejor forma de ir es en una escursión, por el transporte y porque al regreso uno estaría más bien cansado del recorrido caminando para haberse ido conduciendo un vehículo personal. La variedad de flores, el colorido, el diseño de los jardines, la vegetación complementaria, es una atracción que merece la visita.

Una sola palabra: MARAVILLOSO!. Pero considera que la temporada de tulipanes contempla Marzo, Abril y Mayo. Si puedes realizarlo no te vas a arrepentir.

Typical travel time is approximately 35–50 minutes each way, depending on traffic.

Plan around 6–8 hours for your visit, but you may stay as long as you like at Keukenhof until closing time.

Buses back to Amsterdam depart between 11am and 6:30pm, with the last bus leaving Keukenhof at 6:30pm.
