Alle informaties waren leuk overgebracht en klopte ook nog (heel belangrijk). En iedereen aan boord waren heel vriendelijk en attend. 10/10, would do again. De licht show was ook prachtig, vooral in het avond tijd.

Good guide and captain but expected a more luxury cruise than the soft plastic windows. We didn't see much from the outside and it was very cold inside

This was such a wonderful experience. The 75-minute cruise was the perfect length to really enjoy the light artworks without feeling rushed. The boat was clean and cozy, with large windows so we had a great view the entire time. The crew were welcoming and shared interesting information along the way. Seeing the illuminated canals at night felt magical — I’d definitely do this again!

The light festival was interesting and the guides provided a narrative for each installation. Nice beverage service provided and the boat was warm and comfy. Fun way to explore the canals.

Het was een gezellige tour. Helaas was de gids komen opdagen, maar de schipper wist dit prima op te vangen. En daarbij ook relaxed gemanoeuvreerd door de drukke gracht.

De geboekte rondvaart met salonboot, althans zo stond het vermeld op de website, bleek een 'luxe rondvaart' in een smalle platbodem met opbouw voorzien van zeilen / plastic ramen. Dus geen salonboot! Terwijl dit toch echt vermeld staat in de tekst en geïllustreerd wordt met een foto van een klassieke salonboot. Bij de dame op de kade nogmaals gevraagd: is dit de salonboot? Ja hoor, werd er vrolijk gezegd. Wij begonnen ietwat teleurgesteld aan de rondvaart. Gelukkig was het door de zeilen afgesloten aan boord en nadat wij vertrokken waren werd het ook warm aan boord. Maar wilde je iets beter zien/fotograferen, kon het zeil omhoog en dat gaf weer enorme kou langs je lijf. Tijdens het Amsterdam Light Festival is het druk, je staat dan ook steeds in de rij: om op de kade te komen en om klaar te staan voor de juiste rondvaart/boot. Eenmaal aan boord werden wij welkom geheten door de schipper en onze gids. Deze gids is duidelijk geïnstrueerd om zoveel mogelijk extra drank te verkopen aan de gasten die alleen een ticket hadden geboekt, dat terwijl de personenn die 'inclusief onbeperkt drankjes' geboekt hadden maximaal twee drankjes hebben gekregen, de meerprijs voor het onbeperkt. En dan aan het einde snel even afrekenen met iedereen (ook met inclusief gasten, omdat het niet goed werd nagevraagd) en onbeschaamd de fooienpot omhoog houden, tot drie keer toe. Wij hebben niet alle kunstopbjecten goed kunnen zien, omdat het zicht vaak ontnomen werd door de zeilen/plastic ramen aan de andere kant van de boot.

We opted to book a traditional saloon boat but was placed in an open boat with only a top cover for the cold. We were really unable to enjoy the artworks because the plastic covering made it impossible to see unless you were in the part where there were no covers. There's nothing luxurious to this at all.

de rondvaart was oké, de gids deed het leuk en de drankjes waren goed. De snacks echter waren onder de maat; het waren nootjes en voor zover ik weet zijn nootjes geen snacks. Snacks suggereert iets warms. Achteraf gezien was de verhouding prijs - kwaliteit niet in orde

Schipper en reisleidster waren prima, verder onbeperkt drankjes en snacks klopt niet, geen snacks gezien. Geen gezellige salonboot, veel te vol, ook volgepropt met ongeveer 50 mensen. Ook zicht naar buiten zeer matig. Al met al teleurstellend.
