What to bring

• Bring your mobile voucher and a valid photo ID for verification at the boarding point.

• Keep your entry ticket and a valid ID ready for a smooth check-in.

• Bring a jumper or warm clothing because the boarding locations are outdoors and not covered.

What’s not allowed

• Sharp metallic tools, smoking, and drugs are not allowed on this experience.

• Pets are not permitted due to cruise restrictions.

• The use of any drugs, including soft drugs, is strictly prohibited on board.

Accessibility

• Certified guide dogs are welcome on this experience.

Additional information

• Children aged 2 years and younger travel free of charge.

• Boats are heated and covered, though outdoor areas may still feel chilly during the winter months.

• The cruise operates during the Amsterdam Light Festival from November 26, 2026, to January 17, 2027.

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled departure. This gives you enough time to find the correct boat and check in with the host or skipper. Please do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes before boarding time. Early boarding is not possible and will lead to longer queues and unnecessary congestion on the quay.

• Guests who appear intoxicated may be refused entry to the cruise. If a guest becomes disruptive due to intoxication, the cruise may be stopped, and they may be asked to leave the boat.

• If you miss your scheduled departure, you're welcome on the next available cruise if seats are still available. Please note that later departures can sell out, so the operator cannot guarantee a place if you miss your original departure.

• Heavy traffic can occasionally add up to approximately 15 minutes to the cruise. We recommend allowing some extra time if you have plans afterwards.

• Please note that the operator is not responsible for delays caused by the official festival route, demonstrations, or other unforeseen events.

• The cruise operates in rain, snow and cold weather and is only cancelled when conditions make sailing unsafe, such as during an official Code Red weather warning.

• Facilities: toilet onboard

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
• Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
