Très bonne 1ere visite des principaux site avec notre guide Rachid. J'ai bien apprécié les explications simples sur les différents sites et de la Médina. Le fait qu'on ne fasse pas la queue pour l'achat des billets d'entrée aux sites est très appréciable. J'ai moins aimé le passage dans le magasin de cosmétiques et épices (d'où 4 étoiles).

The guide was funny and knowligable. He explained briefly but with the most important facts of hestory of Marrakesh. Showed us Bahia palace and told us architecture, why there are different riads within and rooms. Knows the shortcuts trough souks and helped with fastlane for tickets. Then we saw Ben Youseff and secret gardens. Gave advice about what to see and when is good time.

Un super moment passé dans Marrakech avec notre guide Ahmed : une belle personne, un puit sans fond de connaissances, intarissable sur l'histoire Marocaine en autre (Il en connaissait plus que nous sur l'histoire de France...) Nous y retournerons et de préférence avec lui!

An exemplary tour by Redouan! This was a fantastic way to get to know the Medina. The tour was detailed and fascinating but at the perfect pace to take it all in; there was plenty of time at each attraction. Totally flexible and attentive to our needs, very knowledgable and gave valuable advice for getting the rest out of our trip to Morocco. Very highly recommended.

Abbiamo trovato la nostra guida Momo che ha iniziato a spiegarci la storia di Marrakech. Ci ha portato in zone della Medina caratteristiche e interessanti. La visita al palazzo Bahia e alla Madrassa interessanti e esaurienti. Momo è stato molto presente preparato e gentile. Altamente consigliato.

Nice tour though the souks and the bahia. Our guide Radwan brought us to the Jewish quarters and markets. He also brought us to a nice erboristeria where you can find good quality oils and natural medicinal products

I dragged my husband and two teens on this tour and honestly, even the grumpy one had a blast. Our guide, Fatah, was SO ENTHUSIASTIC it was contagious. He knew literally everything, and even my son (who usually just scrolls on his phone) actually listened to the stories at Bahia Palace. Heads up: you can’t take pics inside some areas, which was a bummer for Insta, but kinda nice too? We got to wander the Madrasa and Fatah pointed out all these tiny carvings we’d have missed. It was pretty crowded in the souk but our guide somehow found chill backstreets. The only downside: my feet hurt by hour three, so maybe skip the cute sandals. Def bring water. Would do it again, but maybe in comfier shoes.

The tour was okay, not EPIC but not bad. Our guide tried hard but the group was huge (like 18?) and sometimes it was hard to hear, especially in the souk with all the noise. I liked the herbal pharmacy stop tho—got to try some weird teas and even tasted argan oil, which was...interesting. I’d say smaller groups would be better. Good for first-timers but prob not for repeat visits.

Took my mum for her birthday and wow, what a treat. The guide (I think his name was Brahim?) was so patient and answered every random question we had. Loved hearing about his family and how he grew up in Marrakech. We even got some shopping tips (got a handmade scarf, no regrets). Some bits felt a bit touristy but overall, super personal experience. Bring small change for tips!

Booked this for a solo Marrakech trip. Group was about 8 ppl, mix of ages. Guide was v friendly and spoke clear English. Bahia Palace was packed so felt a bit rushed, but he still showed us a hidden courtyard that was PEACEFUL. Learned loads about Ramadan—never expected that. Only negative: wish we had more time for photos. Still, I recommend especially if ur short on time.

What to bring

Bring comfortable walking shoes as there will be extensive walking on uneven and narrow streets.

Wear modest clothing, especially when visiting religious or historical sites such as Ben Youssef Madrasa.

Your ticket does not include entry fees, so please bring local-currency (MAD) cash for monument entrance fees.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the monuments for security reasons.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Accessibility

This experience is not wheelchair or stroller accessible due to narrow, uneven streets and multiple stairs at the sites.

There are no dedicated accessible restrooms or facilities at the monuments.

The experience involves a lot of walking through the Medina and historic sites.

Tour ends at your choice: meeting point or the Secret Garden.
