Getting started

When you book, select only 1 participant to receive the full bundle. You’ll then receive 3 separate tickets, each valid for 1 day of entry. On arrival, present your ticket at the entrance for validation and begin your visit to both parks.

Isla Mágica and Agua Mágica

Each ticket includes full-day access to Isla Mágica, where you can explore all six themed zones, enjoy the rides and attractions, and watch live shows throughout the day.

You’ll also get access to Agua Mágica, which operates from 11:30am to 8pm. This gives you time to move between the two parks and combine roller coasters, family attractions, performances, pools, and slides in the same visit.

Because this is a pack of 3 individual tickets, each person uses their own ticket for entry. That makes the bundle simple to manage for friends or families planning to visit together.

Wrapping up

Your visit ends when you leave the park at closing time. To make the most of both Isla Mágica and Agua Mágica in one day, it helps to arrive early and split your time between the two parks based on the attractions you care about most.

What to bring

Bring a valid passport or ID card for entry.

Wear comfortable shoes.

Bring swimwear if you plan to access Agua Mágica.

It is recommended to reserve Agua Mágica in advance when selecting that option, due to limited capacity.

What’s not allowed

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the park.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed, except for certified guide dogs.

Swimming is prohibited in decorative water areas outside of Agua Mágica.

The park is wheelchair accessible.

Accessible restrooms and facilities are available throughout the park.

Tickets are valid only on the selected date and are non-refundable.

Last admission is 1 hour before closing.

Attractions, restaurants, games, and some sections may operate on different schedules from the main park hours. Check at the entrance or Visitor Assistance office.

Lockers and pushchair rental are available at the entrance for an extra fee.

Chairs by the pool must be reserved online in advance.

Seasonal opening hours may apply.

Halloween events and decorations take place from October 1 to November 1.

Both Isla Mágica and Agua Mágica tickets are required for same-day access to the water park.

Entry is subject to park capacity limits, and sales may stop even if the park is open.

Children under 12 in Isla Mágica and under 14 in Agua Mágica must be accompanied by an adult.

Re-entry is allowed only with a valid ticket and re-entry badge or wristband.

Agua Mágica wristbands are non-transferable. Lost or damaged wristbands may lead to expulsion.

Unlimited Express wristbands must be collected after first validation and worn at all times (as per option selected).

Unlimited Express is valid for one person only and cannot be shared (as per option selected).

You must exit a ride before re-entering for another round with Unlimited Express (as per option selected).

Unlimited Express access is available until 1 hour before park closing (as per option selected).

Seat selection with Unlimited Express depends on availability (as per option selected).

Children under 3 also need their own Express ticket to use the service (as per option selected).

Unlimited Express may be suspended if rides close due to weather or technical issues (as per option selected).
