I purchased the 3 hr hop on hop off ticket and totally regretted it. The bus seemed to take forever to get going for a start. People fussing over things. My box where I sat to listen into the audio would not work. Over priced for what you get. I did not stay on until the end as was fed up with the waiting at each stop. However, seemingly the audio was pretty good, but I personally would not know. And it was good to get your bearings if you were a first time visitor to Rome

La gentillesse avec laquelle nous avons pu obtenir des précisions sur ce type de sightseeing tour. Par ailleurs, les écouteurs qui nous ont été fournis donnaient des explications claires sur les endroits visités. Enfin, la possibilité de descendre pour visiter l'endroit et reprendre un autre bus ajoute une valeur ajoutée certaine à ce type d'expérience.

THe bus was only two blocks from my hotel. THe staff was friendly and professional and very knowledgable . We had a 72 hour ticket but would have bought a 96 hour ticket if it had been available.

Wish the audio had been better..it kept cutting out. Very confusing to find the correct bus. Went to several people who had Hop On Hop Off vests but no one would help us with finding the correct bus

Staff was helpful and bus went around the city where we were able to see most beautiful buildings around the city.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that bulky luggage or big backpacks are not allowed on the buses. Pack wisely!

Accessibility

Some of the buses are wheelchair accessible. This means wheelchair users can only board buses equipped with a footboard and dedicated space.

Passengers with wheelchairs are required to secure themselves and their wheelchairs with safety belts while the bus is in motion. The wheelchair must be locked with its brakes and placed in the designated space.

The service provider allows only one wheelchair on the bus at a time.

Additional information

Small and medium-sized pets in leashes, muzzles, and pet carriers are allowed.

The one-loop bus tour is not a hop-on hop-off tour.

The 1-day pass is valid for one calendar day, whereas the 24-hour pass is valid for 24 hours from the time of activation. The passes cannot be activated on just any day; they must be activated within 5 days of the date printed on the voucher.
