The tour was amazing! The guide was very knowledgeable and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for visitors to NYC!

The audiosystem did not work at all. The driver drove jerkily the entire way. It was not nice to sit on that bus.

Would've been a nice tour if the weather was warmer. The bottom of the bus was always crowded. The info we did hear was interesting. What we didn't like was: lack of ticket help at each stop, two apps was confusing, long waits at bus stop- overcrowded buses. Website was deceiving at the help available when you board the buses, and that it's very easy to catch the buses.

I loved the flexibility of being able to hop off at places like Times Square, Central Park, and the Statue of Liberty ferry stop, then hop back on when I was ready to keep exploring. It was the perfect way to see a lot of NYC in one day without feeling rushed.
