Was a very good experience and the guide was very informative and friendly I really enjoyed and recommend to everyone.

Il giorno prima del tour guidato con guida italiano mi è stato comunicato che non era disponibile la guida italiana ma solo la guida in inglese. Poiché quello era l ultimo giorno che ci rimaneva per Barcellona abbiamo accettato di fare ugualmente il tour in inglese pur non sapendo la lingua. Il servizio clienti fi Headout si è reso disponibile a farci un piccolo rimborso parziale. Il parco essendo così bello abbiamo apprezzato il tour anche se non era quello che avevamo prenotato. Staff comunque disponibile e gentile. Soprattutto l operatrice al telefono

What I loved most about the tour was the way Olga transformed the Sagrada Família into a living poem. Through her storytelling, stone turned into narrative, light into emotion, and Gaudí’s vision unfolded as a dialogue between nature, faith, and human imagination. She guided us beyond the surface beauty, explaining the meaning behind every sculpture, every carving, every detail, revealing layers of symbolism and intention that made the basilica feel alive, thoughtful, and deeply personal. The experience felt beautifully balanced and almost musical in its rhythm. Olga knew when to share insight and when to step back, allowing silence, color, and space to speak on their own. In those quiet moments, the soaring columns and stained glass felt even more powerful, as if the building itself was breathing. Because of Olga, this was not simply a tour, but a moment of wonder and reflection — an experience that will remain one of the most meaningful and unforgettable memories of our journey.

A fantastic tour around the cathedral. Our guide Roger was excellent. Certainly knew his stuff, was very interesting and entertaining. Me and the wife absolutely loved it and would recommend highly. May come back when it's finally completed 😃

Unser Guide Guadaloupe war sehr kompetent und hat die Führung sehr interessant gestaltet. Die Besichtigung der Sagrada Famulia ist somit das Highlight unserer Barcelona-Reise und unvergesslich geworden. Danke, Loupe. La Pedrera - Casa Mila night guided tour was amazing! The lightshow awesome, the guide was straight on point. 100% worth it!

I loved that there were 2 options of routes we could take. Was convient, understandable and the employees were extremely nice and helpful whenever we needed help finding how to get to another stop.
