The booking and redemption experience was very smooth and SkyWorlds is super fun. You are walking among the clouds, weather is colder and the rides are very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Malaysia!

The tickets clearly mentioned the inclusions and were easy to access. Booking online also saved me the hassle of standing in long queues to purchase tickets at the venue. One small piece of feedback regarding the redemption instructions: for the Outdoor Theme Park and Sky Cable, no redemption is required—you can simply scan the QR code and enter. However, the ticket currently shows an empty section under the redemption point, which can create slight confusion. It would be helpful if this section explicitly mentioned something like “No redemption required – simply scan the QR code at the entrance.” On the other hand, the Indoor Theme Park does require redemption. It might help to add a short instruction such as: “Please head to the booking counter on the ground floor of the indoor theme park to collect your wristband before accessing the rides.” Overall, the theme parks are fantastic and definitely worth visiting. I would recommend planning ahead and allocating a full day to enjoy everything, as the experience is absolutely worth the time and money.

We loved the glass gondola Cable car. The view was so much better. To be 6000 ft above sea level and to have that as a view was breathtaking. Would recommend to anyone visiting either themeparks. Both themeparks were great. If you're going there for atleast 12 hours, I would recommend you to book both themeparks. However, if you have less time like 8 hours or so, best to pick outdoor theme park and have a lot of fun. Trust me, it is so worth it.

It was great, and we had a very good time at genting sky resort. My kids enjoyed a lot. When i come again to Malaysia definitely i will go there. This is a highly recommended place.

The Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park is an all-weather carnival-style park with over 20 rides for all ages. Thrill-seekers can ramp it up with high-adrenaline rides like Power Surge, Sky Towers, and the suspended Super Glider coaster.

Genting SkyWorlds

Spread across 26 acres, SkyWorlds is Malaysia’s flagship outdoor theme park with nine immersive zones. Explore worlds like Andromeda Base, Eagle Mountain, Rio, and Liberty Lane, each packed with rides, shows, and dining. Your ticket includes a 1-day unlimited ride pass plus 3 complimentary Virtual Queue (VQ) reservations to minimize the waiting queue and enjoy more of the action.

What's not allowed

Genting SkyWorlds

Keep in mind outside food and beverages, recreational items like scooters, skateboards, etc, large suitcases or wheeled baggage, any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, and dangerous drugs are not allowed on this experience.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience.

Handheld cameras, selfie sticks, and all other poles used to take selfies are a no-go inside the venue.

This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and pram/strollers.

You can get a stroller or wheelchair at the Customer Service counter located at SkyAvenue, Level 1. Separate fees apply.

Genting SkyWorlds

This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and pram/strollers.

Only manual wheelchairs, electronically powered mobility devices with at least 3 wheels and with speeds lower than 16km/h, and strollers with dimensions not exceeding 92cm x 132cm are allowed.

Genting Skytropolis

Some rides have a specific height requirement. You may refer to the ride warning sign in front of your preferred rides.

A paying adult must accompany children under 18 years.

Operating hours: Monday to Friday & Sunday: 11am to 9pm; Saturday: 11am to 10pm. Extended operating hours apply daily from 23 May 2026 to 7 June 2026 (11am to 10pm).

Genting SkyWorlds

Please note: Genting SkyWorlds operates daily from 11am to 6pm and remains closed every Tuesday.

An adult must always accompany children under 18 years.

Scheduled maintenance: Epic Hummingbird Flyers will be unavailable from 5 May 2026 to 18 May 2026.

Temporarily unavailable rides: ESD Global Defender and Sid's Rock 'N' Slide are currently closed until further notice.
