The tickets clearly mentioned the inclusions and were easy to access. Booking online also saved me the hassle of standing in long queues to purchase tickets at the venue. One small piece of feedback regarding the redemption instructions: for the Outdoor Theme Park and Sky Cable, no redemption is required—you can simply scan the QR code and enter. However, the ticket currently shows an empty section under the redemption point, which can create slight confusion. It would be helpful if this section explicitly mentioned something like “No redemption required – simply scan the QR code at the entrance.” On the other hand, the Indoor Theme Park does require redemption. It might help to add a short instruction such as: “Please head to the booking counter on the ground floor of the indoor theme park to collect your wristband before accessing the rides.” Overall, the theme parks are fantastic and definitely worth visiting. I would recommend planning ahead and allocating a full day to enjoy everything, as the experience is absolutely worth the time and money.

It was great, and we had a very good time at genting sky resort. My kids enjoyed a lot. When i come again to Malaysia definitely i will go there. This is a highly recommended place.

We loved the glass gondola Cable car. The view was so much better. To be 6000 ft above sea level and to have that as a view was breathtaking. Would recommend to anyone visiting either themeparks. Both themeparks were great. If you're going there for atleast 12 hours, I would recommend you to book both themeparks. However, if you have less time like 8 hours or so, best to pick outdoor theme park and have a lot of fun. Trust me, it is so worth it.

Genting Highlands Skyway & Skytropolis Experience 🚡 Skyway Theme Park Our family had planned to enjoy the Skyway rides, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. - App & reservation issues: The booking system was confusing, and the reservation time provision made it difficult to secure rides. - Ride availability: Many rides were unavailable during our scheduled time. - Connectivity problems: Internet outages added to the frustration, making it impossible to manage reservations smoothly. - Weather interruptions: Rain further disrupted the schedule, leaving us unable to enjoy the outdoor attractions. The management should prioritize on proper App usage before issuing tickets, so guests don’t face unnecessary hurdles. 🎠 Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park In contrast, the indoor park was much more enjoyable. - Queue system: Even during peak hours, waiting in line felt manageable since you eventually get to enjoy the rides. - Ride experience: The attractions were fun, family-friendly, and worth the wait. - Reliability: Unlike the Skyway, there were no sudden cancellations due to weather or connectivity issues. Overall Impression While the Skyway left us disappointed due to operational and technical issues, Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park saved the day with its reliable rides and lively atmosphere. If you’re visiting Genting Highlands, the indoor park is a safer bet for guaranteed fun, especially when the weather or technology doesn’t cooperate.

Genting SkyWorlds

Keep in mind outside food and beverages, recreational items like scooters, skateboards, etc, large suitcases or wheeled baggage, any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, and dangerous drugs are not allowed on this experience.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience.

Handheld cameras, selfie sticks, and all other poles used to take selfies are a no-go inside the venue.
