The perfume workshop was such a fun experience, and I learned so much! Who knew there was so much science behind smelling fabulous? I had no idea perfumes had top, heart, and base notes, or that perfume, eau de parfum, and eau de toilette should be applied differently. Clearly, I’ve been wearing perfume all these years without knowing the rules! Our instructor was fantastic, super knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

It was an incredible experience, to be able to smell all the different bases that contain in a perfume, and then, to make my own fragrance was really special. Also learning more about the history of perfumes, and how it's the production was really nice. Will be strongly recommending this experience for family and friends!

The instructor went out of her way to show us everything and help us in every way possible to create our concoctions. She elegantly handled a group with different languages, even under chaotic circumstances. She was nice and knowledgeable, and it was a wonderful experience.

Instructor was very knowledgeable, kept the conversation interesting and light while still teaching us a lot about the company and the history of perfume. I wasn't sure I'd enjoy the tour as much as my wife, but i was pleasantly surprised.

Das Parfummuseum ist schön gestaltet, der Führer sehr nett. Ich dachte man könnte selber ein Parfum zusammenstellen, man konnte einfach eine Mischung machen nicht selber Bestandteile zusammenstellen.... Schade. Daa herausriechen von Bestandteilen war toll!

Your experience begins with a guided visit to the Fragonard Perfume Museum, located in an elegant private mansion next to the Opera Garnier. As you step into the lavish ambiance of the Second Empire, you'll journey through 3000 years of perfume history. Admire a unique collection of ancient fragrance bottles and learn about the traditional techniques and raw materials of Grasse, the world's perfume capital. The museum also exhibits precious bottles ranging from Pharaonic to Fabergé times, offering a unique insight into the social and cultural habits of different eras.

Mastery of perfume making at the workshop

Your journey through the world of perfumery continues with a hands-on perfume workshop. Correlated to the Flower of the Year, you'll identify three distinct compositions that permeate the specially curated eau de toilette. Guided by an expert, you'll then create your own 12ml Eau de Toilette in a customized spray. Learn about the olfactory pyramid and how to achieve a harmonious blend. This truly unique souvenir will serve as a memory of your immersion into French art-de-vivre and the captivating world of fragrances.
