from the moment i got on the boat everything felt relaxing and wonderful.But the amazing part was the Captain. He was cracking the funny jokes at every site that makes the whole tour alive. Every bridge, house and canal had a story and he told it in a way that made everyone laugh and smile.

Fabrique des Lumieres ist in Sachen Inszenierung herausragend! Bild + Ton stimmen hier perfekt! Schade war, dass die 3 am Tag verfügbaren Vorstellungen jeweils im Block präsentiert werden. So müsste man sich jeweils 3 x Zeit nehmen, um die 3 Vorstellungen (Meister der Niederlande, Meister der Renaissance und Impressionen von Jimmy Nelson) sehen zu können. Das Mocco Museum war in Sachen Kunst toll! Meine Frau ist deutlich kunstaffiner als ich und war begeistert, ob der ausgestellten Werke zahlreicher zeitgenössischer Künstler.

Il moco mi è piaciuto veramente tanto e lo consiglio a chiunque piaccia l'arte contemporanea, inoltre la combo con la crociera è stata molto bella e regalata a quel prezzo praticamente, super consigliata se vi interessa conoscere anche la storia di Amsterdam oltre che visitarla, ma personalmente consiglio anche la crociera perché vedere la città dai canali è tutta un'altra cosa.

Smoking, food and beverages, umbrellas, prams, child carriers, strollers, suitcases, and other large items are not allowed inside the venue.

Pets are not permitted due to venue policies.

Flash photography is strictly prohibited.

Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

1-hour canal cruise

Pets are not allowed on board.

Strollers are not permitted for safety reasons, but can be stored at the departure point before boarding.

Two wheelchairs are available on-site (first-come, first-served).

One companion may enter free of charge for visitors requiring assistance; advance arrangement is required.

Guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

The main exhibition space includes 40 seats; foldable chairs can be borrowed at the entrance if needed.

Some light effects may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy or vertigo.

The narration is in English with Dutch subtitles.

Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time; late entry is permitted up to 30 minutes after the start time (except for the final slot of the day).

Recommended for children aged 6 and above; children under 5 require a free ticket.

The venue is cashless and accepts card and digital payments, including credit card, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Family rates and group bookings are available; Stadspas and press card benefits apply as per venue rules.

Parking is available at Q-Park Westergasfabriek, approximately a 10-minute walk from the venue.

Multiple exhibitions may run simultaneously, with the lineup rotating over time.

Children aged 3 and under can join for free; ages 4–12 receive discounted tickets (€12.50), while those over 12 pay the adult rate.

Boats are fully covered, ensuring a comfortable ride in all weather conditions.

An English audio guide plays by default; for other languages, scan the QR code on board and connect via free Wi-Fi on your smartphone.

Please bring your own earphones; they are also available for purchase on-site for €1.50.

Routes may vary due to municipal work, offering slightly different highlights on each journey.
