We visited the Melbourne Skydeck for my birthday, and it was such a memorable experience! The breathtaking views of Melbourne made the celebration extra special, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the entire venue was clean, well-organized, and easy to explore. Watching the city from above was absolutely amazing, especially with the stunning panoramic views. It was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne. We had a fantastic time and would definitely visit again!

School Holiday fun took our 2 grandsons 10 & 9 to the Skydeck @ Eureka they were so excited . Loved every minute of their experience especially going out on the Skydeck Exploring everything & enjoying their yummy lunch The photographs to treasure the memories they made with their Grandparents we will treasure the memories we made also . The views from Melbourne Skydeck were amazing. Great to pick out all the landmarks and loved the way they were highlighted. Parks ans Gardens cruise was lovely too. Great to learn a bit about the sports arenas and gardens all around. Really helped to get besting in the city, especially as lit when coupled with the sky deck. Great info as well about the changing shape of the river to help keep Melbourne safe from glooding.

As interstate visitors this was alast minute decision to visit. It was easy to access from our hotel. We found entry great, the information and scale Melbourne CBD was fantastic. The ride up - 8 secs was smooth. What a view 😍. We went at dusk so our photos of the skyline varied so much until dark. The cage experience was exhilarating and a bit scary. So many people were there all hoping for the best shot. The staff were great from the bar to the gift shop. Picked up some great souvenirs. Definitely a must visit when in Melbourne.

Experience the sheer exhilaration of zipping all the way up to the 88th floor of Melbourne’s magnificent Eureka Tower. Considered to be the world’s tallest residential skyscraper, the tower has been an imposing structure in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne since its completion on 1 June 2006. From your unique vantage point at a height of 300 meters, you will be able to see Albert Park Lake, the Dandenong Ranges, Port Phillip Bay, the MCG, Federation Square, and much more. There are about 30 viewfinders installed on the Skydeck to assist you in spotting these great landmarks in Melbourne.

Elevate your experience with some adventure

The Thrill Seeker experience includes the Edge and Voyager Theatre experiences. The latter is a VR experience where you take a seat in one of the 24 award-winning reality ‘pod’ chairs and embark on a 360-cinematic journey through 16 Melbourne experiences. Choose the MAX VR Experience to combine entry to the Skydeck with the Voyager Theatre.

Accessibility

The Edge is easily accessible by wheelchair & children 7 yrs or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Additional information

Guests 12 years and under must be accompanied by parents or guardians. The recommended age for VR experiences is 8 years.

The Edge is a giant glass box in the shape of a cube that can carry up to 12 passengers at a time.

The 'Edge Master' will oversee your entry into the cube and time spent inside (approximately five minutes).

Please note that booking the Edge experience does not guarantee express entry to the Edge experience. The Edge cannot be booked for a specific time.

The Edge is on a first come first served basis and customers are given an electronic pager to be placed in a virtual queue to await their ride (wait times vary depending on the time of year).

For general Melbourne Skydeck viewing allow up to 45 minutes.

Ultimate Skydeck package allow 2 hours.

VR Experience package allow 1.5 hours.

Edge Experience package allow 1.5 hours.

Bar 88 is located on the Skydeck and offers a range of cocktails, fine wines, coffee or soft drink and a range of gourmet pastries including pies, pasties and sausage rolls are also available.

One digital Edge photo download is included in the Edge Package.
