Our guide, Mr Biggs, is very professional, acknowledgeable and with great humour. An entertaining and educational trip. Highly recommended! If you stay only fir one night, this is the trip you cannot miss!

Well done. Creepy in the right amount. Interesting information. The dungeons part was quite short (3 rooms), but still okay. Sometimes it was hard to understand her as a foreigner due to the scottish accent, but that's on us. Really nice guide (Helen), knowledgeable and funny, authentic. Gave us disclaimers before some very harsh topics and everything, really nice.

A very fun tour with Cassandra (I think that was her name!) Guide was very knowledgeable with lots of stories and entertaining mannerisms to give a bit more character. The whole group, I'm sure, felt included with occasional volunteers sought. My partner and I did feel that some of the stories were long-winded and more about them history of Edinburgh rather than a haunted ghost tour. We were, too, disappointed that so little of it was actually 'underground'. Despite that, a very fun experience.

The next part of the tour brings you to the eerie Greyfriars Kirkyard, a 450-year-old cemetery famous for its ghostly tales and petrifying poltergeists. Hear the chilling story of the loyal dog Greyfriar's Bobby, who guarded his master's grave for 14 years, and the infamous body snatchers Burke and Hare. The adventure continues underground to a former 17th-century close encapsulated within the South Bridge. Witness the original bridge arches, walls, and doorways of former houses, with the modern pavement visible through a skylight.
