Great all day ticket to explore Duomo experience. Well worth the money. Meeting guide should have had 'enjoy Rome' sign on flag she had a bag with it in which wasn't visible on her but location was easy to find. Also if you book audio tour you should mention on booking to take your own headset so you are not annoying other tourists when playing on app. Could provide more information on sights too it was a bit basic.

I got tickets last minute and had a wonderful climb to the top of the dome. I also really enjoyed the museum next door as well as the baptistry. Highly reccomend, the stair climb is not too difficult, take about 10-15 minutes and there are placees to stop and rest if needed.

Amazing experience climbing the Duomo! We had a fantastic time with this company on our climb up the Duomo. The artwork inside the dome was absolutely stunning—such intricate and beautiful details that made the experience feel truly special. The church itself is massive and breathtaking, both inside and out. The view from the top was epic—definitely worth the climb! While there are a lot of stairs, they weren’t as tough as we expected. That said, I can imagine it would be much more challenging in hot weather, so we were glad to have booked the earliest time slot. It was cool, quiet, and there was few crowds, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this experience if you're visiting Florence!

入場するために長い行列でしたが、旅行者にとっては苦ではありませんでした。オーディオガイドを購入し歴史を知れ貴重な体験となりました。オーディオ言語に日本語の選択があれば、より多くの学びがあったと思いました。全ての構造を見学するためには、多くの費用が必要なことが唯一の残念だったことです。

No pudimos entrar a la torre del campanario porque estaba en reparacion y eso no estaba anunciado cuando compramos el ticket. Lo mismo con el el baptisterio. Los mosaicos estan en restauración y no se puede ver casi nada. De haberlo sabido, solo compraba la entrada para el domo.

What’s not allowed

Large bags and backpacks are not allowed inside the Complex. Please remember that there are no cloakrooms at the site.

Flash photography, tripods, filming equipment, food, and drinks are not permitted inside the Cathedral.

Pets (except service animals) are also prohibited.

Children under the age of 7 are not allowed to climb the Dome or the Bell Tower. Those between the age of 7-14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Accessibility

An accessible entrance is located on the right side of the Cathedral for guests with motor disabilities. The dome climb is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with motor disabilities.

Additional Information

The ticket fee is only for the audio guide, since Cathedral entry is free.

The Cathedral is open to visitors from Monday to Saturday, 10:15am to 3:45pm. It remains closed on Sundays and during religious celebrations.

Entry is subject to a security check and dress code compliance (knees and shoulders must be covered. Sleeveless tops, short, and other revealing clothing are forbidden).

Download the audio guide to your phone before your visit. Mobile network access may be limited inside the Cathedral.

The complex’s staircases are narrow and steep, expect a physically demanding climb.
