The dancers’ physicality—sharp, weighted, and deeply expressive—made every emotion visible, from love and betrayal to grief and revenge. The performance stood out for its haunting atmosphere. The stark, industrial set and the rhythmic, almost ritualistic score created a world that felt oppressive and fragile at the same time, drawing the audience into Giselle’s inner life. Akram Khan’s choreography blended classical ballet with contemporary and kathak influences, giving the story a new voice while respecting its roots. What truly made the event unforgettable was the emotional impact. Giselle’s journey was not just watched but felt; her vulnerability and strength lingered long after the curtain fell. The production challenged expectations, pushed boundaries, and proved how a well-known classic can still feel urgent, modern, and profoundly moving.

Attori bravissimi, scenografie curate, costumi di scena che sono opere d'arte... il tutto accompagnato da musica di altissimo livello... un'esperienza imperdibile! Ho apprezzato molto anche merchandising e alcuni elementi dislocati nel teatro per far foto ricordo.

The musical was amazing, the atmosphere was incredible. The actors we're so good that i forgot we we're in a theater. The musicians we're also really good !! It was a great experience

Everything was beyond perfect...the music, the actors, the atmosphere. I really wish I can come back, once again. It's so worth it.

It is an old theater but beautiful and full of history. The planning and execution for this performance was flawless. The sets moved and shifted to enlarge the stage and enhance the story. I would highly recommend seeing this before it is gone.

Il teatro è incredibilmente evocativo, pervaso da un'atmosfera magica che rimanda ad un'epoca passata. Lo spettacolo teatrale é stato sublime! L'interpretazione degli attori principali é magistrale.. specialmente l'attrice che interpreta Joice da giovane e l'attore che interpreta Henry sono riusciti a reincarnare in modo ineccepibile le caratteristiche dei personaggi che interpretano!! Consiglio vivamente di fare questa esperienza!

Set in the County Hall it was like stepping into a real courtroom. The lighting and props added to this authenticity. Loved the fact that part of the audience became jurors. Well acted, kept you guessing till the end and the set changes were very creative. Fantastic night out.
