On-time boarding, smooth and interesting ride. The guide, Ryan, was engaging and high-energy with interesting stories about the landmark buildings and some historic Chicago events. Terrific overall, I would just critique that downloading the app to retrieve tickets should not be mandatory; feels like that wasn't properly disclosed. We are happy with the experience overall.

Went for my birthday , very fun ride kind of felt like a rollercoaster I was screaming lol but very much worth it and you will get very wet so be prepared to be drenched in water from head to toe , nice views and fun tour guides

Children aged under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the experience.

Pets and dogs are not allowed on board any cruise.

Meals and beverages are not included with your ticket and are not available for purchase during the cruise.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage cannot be brought on board.

Glass containers are not permitted on speedboat tours for safety reasons.

All cruises depart from Navy Pier, located at 600 East Grand Avenue, Chicago, IL.

Fireworks displays are organized by Navy Pier and may be canceled or modified due to weather conditions.

Guests are required to follow all safety instructions issued by the crew during the experience.

Participants on the Thrill Speedboat ride must meet the minimum height requirement of 48 inches.

Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks on board the speedboat tour.
