The guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She also made everyone aware of when the breaks would be or good times to get refreshments/enjoy the AC without missing any senic views. It was a great experience learning about the history of Chicago and how the architecture was tied to different eras.

Enjoyed the scenery! The guide was great! I wish we had better weather. A recommendation I would have is to offer those plastic rain ponchos. Could even get them with your logo. I am glad you offer elevators for people with mobility issues but we found it hard to locate so better signage?

Our guide kept up a steady stream of interesting information about the city with plenty of humor thrown in. Our 12yo who finds most things "boring" after a short time said the 90-minute tour was great!

Esperienza assolutamente da fare a Chicago! La crociera sul fiume è stata una delle esperienze più belle del nostro viaggio. Vedere i grattacieli e gli edifici storici direttamente dall’acqua permette di apprezzare ancora di più l’architettura incredibile della città, soprattutto grazie alle spiegazioni della guida Emma, sempre interessanti e divertenti. Il tour è durato il giusto, l’atmosfera era piacevole e abbiamo scoperto tantissime curiosità sulla storia di Chicago che probabilmente non avremmo mai conosciuto semplicemente passeggiando per le sue strade. Una prospettiva completamente diversa sulla città e, secondo me, un’esperienza che vale assolutamente la pena fare. Super consigliata!

Always love our time out out on the boat with you guys though I thought I was taking the architecture tour where the boat takes you out on the the lake and we just road down the river and back. It was still a great time and the crew was wonderful as always. Would just find a clearer way to ensure the customer knows which bridge is going to take them out on the lake to see that skyline from there or just see it from the river. You guys are the best. We'll see you again soon. Appreciate you.

I am a Chicago native that transplanted to LA . Came to visit Mom with native LA husband... the boat trip was absolutely the highlight of our trip. We booked a 1:15 then missed it but rebooked(so easy) for the 430P ... the young man narrating the tour was ok... cool to have a bar on board! It was spacious and comfortable and I have friends that are coming in and they already booked! Thank you for a great time!

I felt like I came to know more about the stunning city that I'd inhabited for the past weeks and visited numerous times. Through this experience, I felt more connected with my surroundings and the person I was lucky enough to embark with. Also, it was just plain gorgeous! Would recommend.

The architecture boat tour was by far the best part of our weekend trip to Chicago. We have recommended it to all of our friends and family and will definitely book the trip again next time we're in town. We learned so much about chicagos history

Being on the water in the evening is a wonderful experience. The boat was quite full when we sailed but all were able to find a seat. On street level a line was forming for the next sailing and half of our group nearly missed the boat because they were unsure of where to line up. Also we had a person in an electric wheelchair and we experienced difficulty getting her aboard as electric wheelchairs were not permitted. I am not sure how well that is communicated on the web page. We made it work The person narating the trip did a good job. I enjoyed it and recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more about Chicage.

Keep in mind that outside alcohol, weapons of any kind, flammables, and explosives are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
