The crew and servers very friendly. Our host could have checked on us. The second half only saw him once. He still did a great job and I gave a 20 tip to him. The food was delicious, everything was clean and tiddy. One thing caught my eye though. I had called about dress code. My wife dress, me suit and tie. Our daughter jeans and a blouse at least. I was told on the phone dress smart casual. One male guest had a sleeveless tank undershirt. So aside from seeing his arm pits it truly was an amazing experience. I didn't mention to the crew. It wasn't the end of the world. I'm sure we will return for another dinner cruise. Over all great value for a wonderful evening. The fuzeball table was a great surprise. The DJ was very friendly and engaging. The crowd like myself a bunch of sitters not dancing. We danced one slow song though. My wife had a tough time dancing with the boat motion. She lovesto dance normally. Thank you very much. I will highly recommend to all my friends to try.

The Chicago Dinner Cruise was an absolutely magical experience! The views of the skyline from the water were breathtaking, especially as the sun set and the city lights began to sparkle. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with delicious food and great service throughout the evening. It was the perfect atmosphere for a special night out. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Chicago from a unique perspective!

Sin duda, una de mis mejores experiencias. Volvería a tomar este crucero una y otra vez. Quedamos encantadas, hasta felicitaron por su cumple en micrófono a mi hermana. Nos hicieron sentir tan especial. La comida fue deliciosa y podíamos comer todo lo que había las veces que fueran incluido hasta el postre. No hablamos inglés pero el personal hizo su mejor esfuerzo para que pudiéramos entender todo. Hasta una foto de recuerdo nos hicieron, lo amé ❤️ Si visitas el lugar, tomar este crucero es lo mejor que podrás hacer ❤️❤️

The food was amazing , the staff was amazing and the dj kept a lot of different songs in rotation for all age groups. This was definitely a great way for me to spend my birthday. Big shout out to "lexi" I believe she was very helpful. My only complaint is the cruise was very cold , so bring a jacket. I know we were on the water but it was a lot my cold than I expected. Gret food and vibe for great price.

This was our first time going. We celebrated my Wife's birthday. Adam was our server this night and had provided the best service we have ever had. The music was excellent. Shout out the the DJ. The crew was very informative, helpful, and polite. The food went beyond my expectations. I cannot put into words how amazing the whole experience was. 100/10.

The onboard experience was wonderful. Service was amazing. Food was delicious. Music and DJ were fun. However, we almost missed the boat because of the lack of directions and the confusing manner in which to get hard copy tickets. No signage. We were sent to here and there and only by shear luck barely made the sailing.
