Väl avvägd resa med lagom mycket information och tid på varje stopp. Kunnig och trevlig guide som visste exakt när vi skulle vara på varje ställe för att få ett bra flyt. Vi är så nöjda med vår dag.

Joao is an excellent guide. He was able to intelligently deliver historical stories with humour and the right amount of detail. We had a fantastic day at Sintra Palace and Quinta de Regalaria. His lunch/food recommendations were also excellent. Best red Sangria of all time - loads of fruit, fresh mint and real cinnamon stick! Thanks Joao for a memorable day in Sintra.

Everything was great - Alfonso is fantastic. BUT - the directions said to look for someone wearing a white shirt and a blue flag. He had on a yellow shirt that said Boost on it (no one knew anything about Headout tours). Anyway, we found him eventually and had a great day! Weather wasn't good at Pena Palace and the lines were super long but it was a good tour and we learned a lot about Portugal! Obrigada Alfonso!

Excursión imprescindible Sintra , visitado la Quinta de Regaleira y el palacio de Pena, el guia nos recogio en Lisboa y ya en la furgoneta empezo a contarnos la historia. Al ser tan turistico es mejor de esta manera ya que Eloy nuestro guia nos llevo de una parte a otra , asegurandose que llegabamos puntuales a las entradas. Un 10 para Eloy, gran guia y fotografo👏🏼👏🏼volveria a repetir.

What to bring

Wear sturdy, comfortable shoes since exploring the sprawling grounds of Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira involves a fair amount of walking.

If travelling with a child, bring a child safety seat as bus providers do not supply baby seats.

Bring weather-appropriate clothing, as the tour will take place rain or shine.

Pack your sunhat, sunglasses, SPF, and water bottle to beat the heat, especially during summer.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the palaces or on the tour bus.

Your pets are not permitted at the Pena Palace & Park.
