• Arrive at least 20 minutes before departure at the bus stop located at Karlsplatz 21 / Stachus, Sonnenstraße next to BUDDY Hotel.

• Tickets are only available as long as seats last, so it is recommended to buy your ticket online in advance to secure your spot.

• Do not pre-book castle tours, as the guide will organize any optional guided tours inside the castles on the bus.

• In winter, access to Marienbrücke stop is weather dependent and may not be possible.

• The tour does not operate on December 24, 25, or 31, and January 1.
