It was so amazing, the tour guide Jay was so helpful and funny during the tour, The us was breezy and easy to find and board. The castle and the palace are absolutely gorgeous and a one in a liftime feeling.

Mein Besuch am Schloss Neuschwanstein war eine wunderschöne Erfahrung! Bevor ich zum Schloss ankam, hatte ich nicht gewusst, dass ich so viel über die Geschichte Bayerns und die Literatur der germanischen Mythologie und Sagen lernen werde. Diese sind Themen, an denen ich als Studierende in Germanistik und Mediävistik großes Interesse habe. Leider sind innerhalb des Schlosses gemachte Fotos nicht erlaubt. Deshalb kann ich visuelle Darstellungen in meinen Kommentar nicht einfügen. Trotzdem soll das berühmte Bild des Schlosses Neuschwanstein die perfekte Einladung dazu sein, seine Geschichte zu entdecken und eine sagenhafte und prächtige Vergangenheit zu erleben!

Unser Ausflug zum Schloss Neuschwanstein war beeindruckend! Wir wurden vorab regelmäßig kontaktiert und haben immer aktuelle Informationen erhalten! Genauso praktisch war das Foto vom Treffpunkt, damit keine Zweifel aufkommen konnten! Alles lief extrem pünktlich ab aber nie hektisch oder oberflächlich! Unser Guide war grandios und hat uns beeindruckendes Wissen vermittelt! Wir wurden so toll betreut und mit Highlights überrascht! Ich würde es so jederzeit wieder buchen!

The tour was great! I wanted to make sure we got the castle tickets and in this tour the tickets were included. Our guide was very thorough explaining us every part of the tour and what we should do to enjoy the day at the most. Kudos to her! She was very nice and also caring and didn't min to repeat information if someone had a doubt.

Tickets were simply emailed, making them easy to access and scan for castle entry at the time of the tour. Hassle free. More expensive than if had been able to buy direct from the castle but a good alternative option in order to be able to visit. The castle is something else and definitely worth a visit and tour inside.

A wonderful tour from start to finish! The guide was personable and accommodating. The driver was also very funny. We learned not only about the castles but also Munich, so that was a nice bonus. Both castles were very beautiful and the live tour for the first castle was especially entertaining and interesting. For the second castle, it was only an audioguide, but it was good quality. We didn't get a photo from the bridge because the queue was incredibly long, but it didn't matter - we still got some lovely photos and experienced the castle up close. I would definitely do another tour with this company!

Castello magnifico, poco da aggiungere. Merita una visita senza se e senza ma. La guida Steven favolosa: puntuale, simpatico, disponibile e competente. Trasmette passione e sapere ad ogni parola. BRAVO! Il tour è andato benissimo, dal ritrovo alla salita in bus fino alla discesa in carrozza tutto perfetto.

Het was heel goed geregeld. Met een busje naar boven, goede rondleiding buiten het kasteel en binnen met audiogids, ook goed. Het was boven verwachting mooi! Echt een aanrader!

You are not allowed to drive up to the castle in a personal car.

Accessibility

Neuschwanstein Castle offers an elevator for wheelchair access. To ensure availability, we recommend you reserve it in advance.

The hiking trail to the castle is paved and partly very steep. It's best to use the horse carriage transport where any regular-sized, foldable wheelchair can be stowed in the trunk of the carriage. Please note that the carriages do not have a ramp.
