In this class, your instructor will take you through every insight and detail regarding wagashi and its types. Take part in learning the recipes of well-known wagashi by following the instructions provided. Learn how to make a black bean paste to add a filling to your wagashi, and play around with the dough and food coloring to prepare some sweets. Get creative and give your sweet any shape and form to suit your aesthetic. Make shapes like flowers, fishes, rabbits, and bears, or follow whatever creative ideas emerge from your mind. Round off your class with a cup of matcha or green tea, and take back home some of the wagashi.
