The ease of booking tickets to the hop off hop on was extremely good. Everything from start to finish was clean and signposted for ease of use. You cannot put into words the views other than absolutely jaw droppingly AMAZING. I will and would recommend anybody to visit this place and not fall in love with Zermatt and the Matterhorn.

Alcanzar los 3.883 metros de altura con facilidad y muy bien organizado...!! Sin duda, recomendaré a amigos y familiares para que vengan a visitaros! El vídeo de montañas y de los paisajes y fauna... BRUTAL!! Me ha encantado la facilidad para esquiar en Junio, con todo bien organizado y cubierto!!! Os felicito!! Solo creo que hay un problema que resolver para los que venimos de otros países, que se hace difícil gestionar los billetes de subida y bajada, pues has de canjearlos en las taquillas y eso creo que convendría exponerlo y tranquilizar al cliente que no lo ha conocido con anterioridad. Se podría enviar con el código QR y cada cliente se lo organiza para gestionar directamente. Quizá alguna otra solución ya está prevista???? Saludos cordiales!!!!

The views in both places were stupendous and it was comfortably cool (during a heatwave in Europe). I had to drag my wife down from Gornergrat as she could see 6 glaciers there simultaneously

Al final va anar tot be, pero qual la compres et diu que l'horari es de 8:30 a 16h. Pero a l'estiu l'horari comença a les 5:50 i no estavem segurs de si amb Headout ens entraria. Però si que ens entrava i tot super correcte. Vam poder fer la muntanya que voliem i ens vam estalviar uns 10 euros en comparacio amb el preu oficial.

You do not get any physical tickets or qr codes but you have to get the booking reference and then show them at the ticket desk. They then give you the tickets. I was skeptical but it worked. Trip was Awsome highly recommend

This was a breathtaking experience for us. The glacier paradise and sculptures were beautiful and great photo ops. The Matterhorn is such a beautiful work of nature and the hikes a once in a lifetime experience.

Getting started

Start in Täsch and board the 20-minute shuttle to car-free Zermatt. Show your ID or passport for entry. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes, so there’s no rush. Once in Zermatt, head straight to the cable car station for your ride up to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Tickets are round-trip and valid for 30 days, but be sure your shuttle date matches your summit trip for smooth connections.

What’s not allowed

For health reasons (altitude sickness), children aged 3 and under are not transported on the installations between Tr. Steg and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.

Accessibility

The cable car is fully wheelchair accessible, while the shuttle and its stations offer partial accessibility for wheelchair users.

Additional information

Children aged 3 and under can’t ride the lifts between Trockener Steg and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.

Swiss Travel Pass holders don’t need separate shuttle tickets.

Half-Fare card holders and kids aged 6 to 15 get a 50% discount on the shuttle.

Cable cars let you carry bikes up to Trockener Steg, giving you access to thrilling high-altitude trails at scenic mid-mountain stops.

Small dogs (up to 30 cm) can travel free in pet-friendly containers. Just make sure your dog is in the container before going through the turnstile. Larger dogs need a half-price ticket for the shuttle.

Your shuttle pass is valid for 30 days, but make sure to pick a shuttle date that matches the day of your Matterhorn cable car ride to arrive on time.

Your shuttle tickets are round-trip, requiring only a single booking. The return ticket can be used within 30 days of your selected travel date.
