Parfait du début à la fin ! L’achat en ligne sur la plateforme Headout s’est fait facilement et en toute sécurité. L’application est simple à utiliser et le téléchargement des billets ainsi que de l’audioguide s’est fait sans souci. Sur place, le lieu d’échange des billets était très bien indiqué, avec un accueil chaleureux et des explications claires. Le personnel a pris le temps de donner quelques conseils utiles pour la visite, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’accès à l’audioguide était fluide et enrichissant. Une organisation impeccable — je recommande vivement Headout !

Esperienza super positiva. Ho ritirato i biglietti all’infopoint vicino a Piazza del Campo, tutto molto veloce e chiaro. Una volta arrivata al Duomo ci hanno fatto entrare direttamente dalla corsia rapida, cosa che non sapevo fosse inclusa, e abbiamo saltato tutta la fila. Il Duomo è davvero spettacolare, con i pavimenti intarsiati e la Libreria Piccolomini che sembra un piccolo scrigno rinascimentale. L’audioguida spiega bene ogni dettaglio e rende la visita ancora più interessante. Organizzazione perfetta, consigliatissimo.
