We booked Pac Guell and HoHo bus with Catamaran Tour tickets for October, which was the off-season. We expected smaller crowds but Parc Guell was packed. The park is nice and interesting and the HoHo bus tooks us to all the places we wanted to see. We wish that venue descriptions were more informative as you have to purchase separate tickets to see the Gaudi house in Parc Guell so when we arrived , tickets wer sold out. Another caution; we purchased the HoHo bus/catamaran pakage and wen we got on the bus they took our voucher and issued new tickets that did not include the catamaran. Of course, the bus took our voucher so we had no way to prove we paid for the tour so when we got off to take the tour, we were told that the tickets did not include the tour. This was a big disapointement.

We loved Barcelona City Tour's Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour! The information from the built-in audioguides on the bus was very informative, and we saved a lot of money on public transportation by being able to get off at the conveniently placed spots, some of which are located directly outside of various bus and train stations around Barcelona (Barcelona-Sants, Estació del Nord, etc.). Having two routes to traverse allowed us to cover way more ground in such a short amount of time, and put us right in front of our other planned activities (Sagrada Família, La Playa de la Barceloneta, Telefèric de Montjuïc). The staff was also very professional and answered all of our questions. We would 100% book again!

All around it was a great experience. The employees and the company proved they could smoothly and calmly handle the unexpected when we had to have a replacement bus after our bus had brake problems as soon as we stepped on the bus. A replacement bus showed up within minutes and the tour proceeded normally, no issues and no problems. The information given on the tour was interesting and just enough without overwhelming us with dates and times. The app was helpful when we hopped off the bus and later needed to hop back on. There is an opportunity to improve the audio, not all the audio jacks are in good condition. app was simple to use

J’ai passé une très bonne expérience avec Headout lors de ma visite de Barcelone en bus touristique, suivie de la découverte du Parc Güell. Le bus touristique était moderne, propre et très confortable, avec un audioguide clair en francais et bien fait qui permet de profiter pleinement de chaque quartier sans rien manquer. Les arrêts étaient idéalement situés, ce qui rendait le parcours très pratique pour explorer la ville à son rythme. La visite du Parc Güell réservée via Headout a été un véritable coup de cœur. L’accès était simple, rapide, et les billets envoyés immédiatement après la réservation m’ont permis d’éviter toute file d’attente. Le parc est magique : des couleurs éclatantes, une architecture époustouflante et une vue imprenable sur toute la ville. Headout a rendu mon séjour à Barcelone agréable, grâce à des activités de grande qualité. Je recommande.

Barcelona Aquarium

The Barcelona Aquarium is perhaps the best place for families with kids to learn about marine biodiversity and the importance of marine conservation, two themes that run close to everything the Aquarium does in terms of its activities and its setup. The facility is divided into 35 aquariums and enclosures that house approximately 11,000 animals across 450 species. The three main zones include Planeta Aqua, the Oceanarium, and Explora! Children's Area, each more unique than the other. Needless to say, if you have little ones tagging along with you, make sure they check out the Explora! zone to help spark an interest in oceanology!
