We compared several canal cruises in Amsterdam and honestly, some companies charge almost double for exactly the same experience. This cruise was by far the best value for money and ended up being our favorite. The boat was covered, which was great, and there was also a toilet on board. The cruise lasted about an hour and took us through the canals while providing interesting information about the city. The captain stopped at important landmarks, so there was plenty of time to enjoy the views and take photos. There was lots of space on board, and some seating areas even had tables, which made it feel a bit like sitting in a cozy restaurant while cruising through Amsterdam. It was self-catering, meaning you couldn't buy drinks on board, but that's also one of the reasons why the price was so reasonable. We paid only €15 per person, and online tickets were available for as little as €13. I highly recommend this cruise. One of the worst things when traveling is falling into tourist traps, but this company was friendly, honest, and offered an excellent experience at a fair price. The views were absolutely beautiful and it was one of the highlights of our trip.

I really enjoyed the canal cruise! What I appreciated the most was that there wasn’t an overload of information, so I could simply relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the city. I also noticed right away that the windows were perfectly clean, which made a huge difference. My first canal cruise experience was during the Light Festival with another company, and unfortunately the windows were so dirty that I could barely see anything outside. This time, the view was crystal clear, and it made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this cruise to others!

Cruising the canals of Amsterdam was simply an incredible experience. Getting to know this historic and art-filled city is something we should all do at least once in our lives. Looking beyond the channels I could reflect on the importance of feeling this, being here and being able to know all this is something unforgettable for me. I will definitely come back more often, and I will do the same tour through the headout! Thank you very much.

We enjoyed very much, it was easy to find the the staff were nice. We had only one problem the translation worked partly. The conscctiom was not stable, we were 3 person and finally of us it happened in the same time, so it wasn't the phone problem, every body had different smart phone

It was an amazing experience, the views were incredible, just beware of the climate, as its summer the boat got soo hot (50°C) so we had to wait until 5pm to get on, when we originally had it booked at 2pm

Les péniches Le reste , difficile à apprécier car l'audio guide fonctionnait au départ , mais plus après ; donc pas d'explication Par ailleurs , beaucoup de bruits sur le bateau avec , notamment un enfant qui hurlait et que les parents laissaient faire !

Opening hours: Sunday–Friday 10am–5pm, Saturday 10am–6pm.

There is no private parking; public parking is a 7-minute walk away. Visiting by bike, on foot, or via public transport is recommended.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Audio guides are offered in Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, and Italian.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry; late arrivals are subject to availability.

Tickets can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.

Amsterdam Canal Cruise

Children up to 3 years ride free; children 4–12 have discounted tickets (€12.50), older children pay adult prices.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

Boats are fully covered to ensure comfort in any weather.

English audio guides play by default; scan the QR code to access other languages on your own earphones via free Wi-Fi. Earphones are available on board for €1.50 if needed.
