Visiting the Colosseum was an incredible experience, made even better by our guide. He was an archaeologist, and his depth of knowledge really showed—his explanations were clear and fascinating. The highlight was definitely the underground section, where learning how the Colosseum actually functioned behind the scenes brought the history to life. Overall, a memorable and well-guided tour that I would highly recommend.

We had a very rainy day with pretty bad mood but pur tour guide made an excellent performance. I can just talk for myself but I am sure my company enjoyed as well. He made me feel like being one of those spectators, slaves, gladiators of thos days. Brillant with an extreme knowledge and an excellent humor. Well done.

Colosseum tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before check-in; latecomers will not be refunded.

Tours operate in all weather; in heavy rain, some areas may be closed for safety.

In July & August, tours may be shortened to 2 hours due to heat.
