We participated in the guided tour of the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill and it was a truly memorable experience. The organization was very good: meeting point, respect for schedules, no time wasted in queues... As for the visits, my opinion is more mixed: the Colosseum is grandiose and exceptional, but with the monuments of Mount Palatine and the Forum largely destroyed, the quality of the visit depends essentially on the guide's ability to transpose us into past times and describe the life of that era, which was not entirely the case with our guide.
