Le process est trop compliqué pour le musée de Topkapi: RDv dans un café pas si proche , attente pour que le groupe soit complet, etc. Des billets d'entrée comme pour Ste Sophie serainet préférables. 5 trajets sur la carte de transport est trop peu. 10 trajets serait plus adapté au nombre de jours et de visites. Enfin, pour la croisière sur le Bosphore, il est très pratique que l'on puisse changer de créneau mais cela gagnerait à etre indiqué dès le départ

* die Plaung der Besuche war recht mühsam: leider kann man erst 24 Studnen vor Beginn des gebuchten Zeitraumes die einzelnen Orte reservieren + dazu kam, dass ich dann keinen Link dazu erhalten hatte * die Versuche mit dem Chatboot die Dinge zu klären waren unmöglich ... auch nicht nach Weiterleitung an Fachkräfte. Ständig wurde man nach seinen Buchungsadten gefragt, immer zeitlich vertröstet, dass sich der Mitrabeiter erst einlesen muss. * erst der kKontakt über E-Mail verkehr hat das Ergebenis gebracht Kommunikationüber WhjatsApp war unbefriedigend * Mitarbieter wurden nihct angetroffen *die geführen Touren waren so schnell, dass meine beim Gehen beiträchtige Frsau leider nihct gut mitkam *der Zugriff auf die App war online nihct möglich

Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes avec le pass : Nous penssions pouvoir profitez dés notre arrivées des billets de transports, hors c'était lors d'une visites que l'organisme nous les as fournis. Pour le hamams toutes les prestations étaient respectées hors lors de nôtres arrivées, nous avons ressenties que l'établissements ne connaissait pas le megapass. Pour conclure la grande déception était pendant notre visite au topkapi ( la visite la plus cher) notre audioguide ne fonctionnait pas correctement donc nous avons pas pu profiter de la visite, nous étions perdu.
